Guava Jelly is a favorite of kids and goes well with paratha, roti, bread. The guavas are first washed and peeled before being mashed into a pulp, which is strained to remove seeds. Jelly is very popular and favorite of kids and one such jelly is guava jelly. The guavas are first washed and peeled before being mashed into a pulp, which is strained to remove seeds. The pulp is then boiled in water along with refined sugar at a low temperature for several hours until the mixture has a thick consistency. The liquid is left to cool off to make it be moulded into blocks. It gets its characteristic firm texture once it is fully cooled.

Shaila please bura nahin maaniyega lekin do correction karna hai.
1. Neembu iss liye nahin dalte hain ki taste balance ho. Neembu pH ko kam karta hai tabhi pulp mein jo pectin tha aur ab arq mein hai woh set karega. Acidity ke baghair woh jelly nahin banega balki a bahut gaadha sheera ban jayega. Yeh food chemistry ki bahut zaroori maalumaat hai. Is ko English mein jelly setting pH bolte hain.
2. Neembu sugar ko vaapas crystallise yani daanedaar hone se rokta hai. Yeh ek aur vajah hai ki iska istemaal laazmi hai.
Jam setting ki khaas zaroorat yeh bhi hoti hai ki boiling temperature 105 degree centigrade 😂ya usse zyada ho. Yah tabhi ho pata hai jab sugar bahut concentrated ho jata hai. Cold water drop test hi iska jayaza sahi tarah se deta hai.
Jam banana bahut tricky hota hai. Bahut log do teen koshishon ke baad haar maan lete hain.
Apne bahut khoobi se isko aasan kar diya samayeen ke liye.
