      Honestly the Hubby is acting really weird. He doesn't even explain what happened, just says he has mental issues. Everyone knows that, since he isn't saying what his wife supposedly found. Even when she actually looked through his conversations she found nothing.

      I mean, I have had family members advise me of completely nonsensical, but horrible, things when they head system onset mental disorders and I still tried to be there for them as much as I reasonably could until we were able to force them to get treatment.
      She might feel that this is an "In sickness and in health" scenario.

    Alternate theory: husband sent sister something shady or they had a secret convo like in code. Sister was smart enough to hide it or use code good enough that it resembles a normal conversation. When sister dies, there is nothing shady left and in return nothing is found but husband is panicking as his shady behavior is linking him to whatever he wanted to keep quiet about. 20 bucks he opened an account in her name and emptied the account.

    1) divorce 2) defamation of character lawsuit unless he removes posts and apologizes.

      I'm always wondering how these types of things start. Like they went to visit as the father was grieving the death of his wife. Do some people think Sex is a way to help people with grief?

      You are a special kind of snowflake if you believe after fucking your fiancé dad and literally cheating the worst way and still are the victim.

    Is there no such things in England as a court order restricting his access to you??

    • @charondusk5608
      @charondusk5608 Місяць тому

      Yes, there is. Believe it or not, we do have things like restraining orders.
      Unfortunately, people like you who throw "GET A RESTRAINING ORDER!!!" about so easily, clearly don't know how they ACTUALLY work. They're only granted by a criminal court if the person you're getting it against either already has been or is in the process of being convicted of a criminal offence against the one asking for the order.
      What OP COULD have done however is get a non-molestation order (Watch YT delete this comment for that word). This is an order granted by a family or civil court and does not involve the police, but has essentially the same powers as a restraining order.

    Consult with a lawyer immediately to protect yourself against any false claims or potential legal trouble.

    If my spouse accused me of murdering his sibling, I'm out. There is no forgiving that. Vows mean nothing if the person you're vowed to accuses you of something like that. You can't come back from that, and I really don't understand why she wasn't just out immediately, especially considering the insane reason he gave for it.
