Rt. Kidnwys Enlarge in size measures13.2*4.2 cm cortico medullary differentiation appears Multiple cyst seen throughout cortex and medulla largest measures 29*32 mm.
CT SCON Reprt-: Multiple simple cyst are seen in both kidneys (20 -25 in number on each kidney) Largest measuring 20×15mm in th upper pale of Right kidney . Sir please Reply 🙏🙏🙏
