On your sample questions, eliminating two wrong answers method paid off. National portion was much easier than State as everyone stated. Again, thank you so much for your helpful videos !!!

I started my journey in getting my real estate license about 2-3 years ago and it's been over a year since I took an exam prep course and almost a year to take the exam! I filed my application almost a year ago and if I didn't take it soon, I would have had to re-file! I finally signed up to take the exam and I passed it today. I must honestly say the way the information is present it is kind of confusing it’s like people are chiming in but they’re not giving answers that will actually fine on the exam but I understand to be nice you’re acknowledging them but it’s confusing it’s like you should go back over the information exactly the way we need to know it for the exam instead of adding things that are going to be confusing as far as what we’ll actually see Like when you listed the components of the deed a lot of extra things were added on there that didn’t need to be we should have a straightforward concise answer that will be beneficial for us taking the exam ❤I appreciate what you’re doing I just wanted to add that input
I appreciate the feedback. I offer crash courses every month through prep agent. Students pay to interact and get questions answered. I have put a few of my crash courses and webinars (like this one) for free online. Serves two purposes 1) shows what a crash course is like. 2) allows students who might not be able to afford an additional crash course to get some of the benefit out of it. Any classroom setting is not perfect for every student, and I try to strike a balance as much as possible. There are a lot of videos on my channel as well as prep agents where there is no student interaction. If that is distracting, I’d direct you to some of the more concise videos and webinars :)

@@digitalcutie For a valid deed, it does not need to be notarized or acknowledged. In order to be recorded, it does have to be acknowledged or notarized. Most of the questions on the test in regards to deeds are going to stem from the national portion of the test. So for test purposes I believe it's prudent to understand that notarization/acknowledgement are not necessary for a valid deed. They are only necessary for recording of the deed.
@@digitalcutie keep in mind, attorneys websites are set up to advise clients. I would never suggest that a deed NOT be recorded. So every site would say, yes....it must be acknowledged and notarized. So the attorney site you are referencing is giving really good advice to clients, but for test purposes it’s important to understand that acknowledgment is only needed for recording

in my state you take the state and national on the same day. one after the other. unless you pass state and fail national, then you come back and just take national portion.

All banking prorations are calculated based on a banking calendar. It’s used to simplify the math involved. It reduces every month to 30 days, making the calendar year 360 days. This is the standard that is used unless it states otherwise.

When many multi investors. Promissory notes, When an agreement of sale took. Time of essence when trust is essential. When laws differ for every State.

I legitimately kind of hate the "Estate for Years" term. It makes No Sense Why they have to call it that and not something closer to the "Periodic Tenancy" term. Soooo annoying 🙄

I used some Kaplan, some AceableAgent and read a lil oncourse learning . I did 3 real estate exam scholar and my result came back failed

Please Can you explain also Deed of Gift? Grantor give a Deed of gift to the grantee while still in mortgage lien ! Is this legal?

Can you take the National exam without having taken the state?
