Fabulous insights into GM calculating mind. I really like the fact that the engine wasn't consulted once. There are so many live tournaments feeds with the eval bar but in competitive chess, there is no engine eval nor engine moves suggestions. only after hard work should we consult and compare with engine's suggestions. and hard work you provided in this video !
31:30 this line starting with 22..Rg8 looks scary for Black because of this Nf4 threatening Ng6 smothered mate. however in your line 22...Rg8 23 Nf4 Ne5 24 Qe7 Qb2 25 Nce2 Black has at the end 25..Be4! covering g6. This prevents White's trick Qxe5 Qxe5 Ng6+ winning a piece. so 22..Rg8! was the right defense against Qg7# and 22..Bf6?? is the losing move by Black as 23 Qxb7 wins as per the game. GM Bjerre played flawlessly after 23 Qxb7, very impressive calculations on his part !

Could you make a video of natural vs unnatural moves, and when is it best to think in terms of one or the other?

Interesting topic - I will look into it (look for a good example and try to make some general guidelines)
