I would divide my time between combinations/exercises 1/5, openings 2/5, playing blitz 2/5 (remember to follow up on the openings) and working on weaknesses (endings or positional) 1/5 - mix it up so you keep getting new impulses and really do something radical everytime you feel 'the plateau'
