The training allows service members to demonstrate their capabilities and learn from each other. Balikatan is an annual exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and U.S. military designed to strengthen bilateral interoperability, capabilities, trust, and cooperation built over decades of shared experiences. @@pontiacgto2005 I wouldn’t say we were enemies. But Philippines elected a pro-East, pro communist i believe.. so we stopped having normal relations. But I think the Philippines now see China for what they really are , a threat. So we started talking again and building relations once again.
We have a long history with the Philippines. I really hope we can stay partners and friends this time. We added another 4 bases in the Philippines to counter China.. so it’s a great start.

Great job Dogies we have many of that kind of dog there if they only get the proper training. They're really the man's best friend. They will save and protect you for life. We have 11 dogs in my dad's farm there before. They were my Tatay's companion in the family farm and no one dare to enter our house.Not sure what happened to them after my Dad was gone.
