Balikatan 2023 is the 38th iteration of the annual bilateral exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the U.S. military. The exercise includes three weeks of training focused on amphibious operations, command and control, humanitarian assistance, urban operations and counterterrorism skills throughout northern and western Luzon. Eskrima close combat very good with a knife, bolo, or hand to hand. Good offense defense, important is the Intention to disable your opponent fast, no time for worries and sorries. Its a close combat means life yours or your opponent nothing else. Look for fatal mistakes in combat. Adapt and Discarte tricks lng for survival.
Filipino Martial arts no doubt is one of the best hand to hand combat styles pero hindi ganyan kadali matutunan ang style na ito within the span of only several days ng Balikatan excercises dapat iniensayo ito everyday kasama sa araw - araw na programa ng Military chalisthenics .....

Army ang kalaban patay na, direct and precise ang bawat galaw ng Kali, mahirap e counter lalo na kung baguhan lang kalaban nila, remember bago ma deploy ang mga new recruits ng AFP, thoroughand intense training ang sasalubong sa kanila, at matira matibay pagdating sa 6 months training, iilan lang pumapasa, dahil tanging yong nakapasa lang ang pwedeng maging sundalo, bawal ang mahina ang loob dahil buhay ang nakataya sa Combat missions ng AFP.

Well we already did that during fPRRD's time, and in return? Insults and Slap in the Face, we're given back to us literally, even During PBBM's recent visit to China to strengthen bilateral ties with China, a unprecendented event, happened pointing of military grade lasers against BRP Malapascua, and temporarily blinded our Sailors, did made our President, change his bilateral plans with China, and eventually EDCA sites, we're added to secure our territorial defense, and bilateral relations with US.the only way China can be our friend again is to leave the WPS, and abandone the 7 artificial islands they forcely grabbed from us, drop the 9 dash line claims, and pay all the damages they have cost, in the WPS, and inside our territorial waters.

i should say pinoy dont rely on guns and arms we rely on what we have and our ability to neutralized enemy if the enemy is the aggressor use your instinct by using motion time timing and space and developed final counter attack in order to neutralized enemy because war has no mercy and in a split second anyone would die

Nothing,but in modern wapons we do learned a lot from them, and more strategic counter measures and offensive moves. Yongn ang kapalit ng EDCA sites plus military Aid din syempre. At immediate deterrent against China.
