Strictly speaking no, but she is capo'd at 3 (Dave's at 5) and she's playing G and C chords for the most part so that puts the whole thing in Bb. I'd guess a Bb or Eb harmonica can do most of what she's playing.

She is blowing straight harmonica (1st position), so whatever key they're in is the key of the harmonica.
They changed the arrangement to fit in a solo.
