A person identified as a vessel, occupation would be disregarded as unfounded, especially when the vessel is not supposed to know they are a vessel.

Hey I just want to clarify, in the flow chart you have put warnings as Sec 2 (3)(a). Shouldn't it be Sec 2 (4)(a)?
