I’ve started learning this craft I’m up to my 4th stone. I can only hope that one day I can cut gems as beautiful as you. You are an inspiration thank you so much.

That was awesome Cliff.thank you.well paced and the choice of music was excellent. Not saying I want all your vids this length but I really enjoyed it and look forward to more of your gem shows and fossicking vids which are suited by longer format.👍🏻

Hi, im new to sapphires and gems.
Have recently acquired a few small rough sapphires from some wash i bought at Sapphire QLD... and just wondering how to make them shiney. Im not bothering with faceting as too expensive. Just want to put in small jar on window ledge in sun and see them glisten. Possibly tumble ? If so, how do you do that.
Someone said soak them in gliserine but didn't work.
    Thanks Sue

Even if it's just a stone in the right hands, then it's super, especially if it's good. It's not the stones that are treated that are expensive but the artwork that the people who make them are expensive. My hail stone lover from the Country of Indonesia 🇮🇩🥰

Good afternoon! And what kind of diamond discs do you use at each stage of polishing? Thank you!

That's a very productive stream cliff. Where else could you go and find a crystal in the morning and cut it in the afternoon. It looks a beautiful gem. Thank you

I just discovered your channel as this is a recent interest. My childhood self wanted to be a jewellery maker. How long would you say it took you before your first gem cut looked the way it was supposed to?

hello great job! I would like to ask you if the crystal of the find is the same that you show during processing. I don't find myself with the proportions seeing the first smaller than the one worked. thanks for the video!
