1. I thought after the results of the DV come out in May, the interviews will start in October of that same year...
2. will it not be generally risky to submit ds260 after October when interviews have started, though ur case is particularly surprising in the sense that u submitted after the interviews hv started and still got scheduled and got the visa

It’s not risky dear, once the results are out, you’ll have one year to fill the Ds 260
