I found out by accident that my 2019 rav4 has one. Made my day! I can't figure out how to turn it off though. 3 presses of the remote didn't do it, neither did the unlock/lock combo.
My new Australian gen4 Kluger (Highlander) Hybrid will be delivered next month. This will be one of the first things I'll try. The specs don't mention the feature, but you never know. I'll let report back in case any other Aussies are watching.

I own an 08 Jeep Liberty Sport and the keyfob has the circle button with the 2x on it but it doesn't work. It beeps and that is all. Could it be disabled? Thank you for sharing this informative video.

Is your check engine light on ? If it's on the remote start won't turn on . If the check engine light is on you can get obi reader on Amazon for around 35 bucks plug it into your cars computer to delete that code then it will start. I have a 09 jeep commander and when the check engine light comes on I clear the code and remote start works again until the code comes back usually in a few weeks .

I have a 2017 Chevy Cruze and had the My Chevrolet App. After 5 years my remote start stopped working and the dealer said that now I had to buy a subscription for it to continue to remote start. I have the circle on my fob and I’ve tried several different combinations and can’t get it to work. Can you tell me how or do I in fact have to pay OnStar for it to continue working. TIA

It was late in the night when I woke up, only to hear my car starts by itself without me having to pick the keys. I had to go outside and check it was actually mine. I went inside and press the lock/unlock key and the engine shuts down after a while. What could be the cause?

Usually the chirp is due to the car seeing the key fob getting out of the vehicle while its turned on

it may not be installed. jeep liked to give the same key for all even of they didnt have it to save money

it could have a aftermarket system in it. this is for the factory system. i have seen some that have a separate key fob for the remote start.

The remote start on our 20 rav4 is hit and miss sometimes it starts sometimes it doesn't.
you have to do the 3 times within 1.5 seconds for each push
