Hanuman bahuk ka path kare, usse thik hoga, muje bhi ibs hain usse thik hoga visvas rakho bhagvan pe, muje sirf aapka achcha karna hai kyuki muje pata hai kitni taklif hoti hai

Patient Roz pareshan rehta 24 hours na job dhyaan se kar pata hai na hi relationship pe dhyaan de pata hai kyuki stomach me har time gas ,marod rehti hai agar kisi patient ka hand kharab ho Jaye to wo hand katwa k Khushi se jinda reh sakta hai par stomach IBS ka patient ek pareshan aatma ki tarah bhatakta rehta hai aur job bhi doctors ye bolte hai ye mind ki dikkat hai unko bata do mind ki dikkat se jo IBS ki problem aati hai wo 10-15 din k liye aati hai fir chali jaati lekin Jo asli ins dikkat 15-20 saal Tak rehti hai usme mind ka koe role nhi
