Very nicely explained from a lay man's perspective. Patient with post GBS having IBS but dyspepsia gone. Milk and Wheat product totally banned.
Now significant relief . But irregular bowel movement persisists.
CLOSPA X advised , recurs if medicine skipped . No permanent relief.
