Thank you, so nice to see all those beautiful flowers. Cant wait to get gardening. It will be a while here in Morin-Heights, Quebec as we still have about 6 feet of snow to melt. 😢
Hello, I know this is an old video but I just found you! I really love the combination "Dancing Daisy" that you show in the thumbnail. I don't see the names of those varieties on the Proven Winners Direct website. Is it possible to order from you to ship to the Chicago area?
The Trixi Dancing Daisy combo features the Daisy Falls Osteospermum, Lascar Mango Orange Verbena, and Mini Famous Orange-Red Eye Calibrachoa. We’re not set up for shipping, but you should be able to track down those varieties somewhere around Chicago… they’re generally not too elusive.
The calendar says spring is just days away but there is just so much snow and cold weather ahead. Just cant wait for the bright colours of summer. Thank you for sharing these lovely new varieties.
Any tips for finding these plants? You have mentioned Angelonia is multiple videos and I would like to try it, but the big box stores don't carry it (obviously) and I'm not finding it at any of the local mom n pop greenhouses. I'd also try to try Raspberry Gelato Osteospermum but can only find Osteospermum in yellow and white, no pinks. I'm hesitant to buy plants online because I've had really bad luck -- shipments always get delayed by UPS/FedEx/USPS and arrive dry and dead.
I understand your concerns about ordering online - and they usually arrive smaller than expected. Sometimes angelonia shows up later in the season. Proven Winners has a retail locator on their site, it might give you a lead on something nearby, but it’s hit and miss. I saw the raspberry gelato in one trial garden… it was a bit lackluster compared to others (but I hate to condemn the whole variety based on how it did at one site).
@@UpNorthGardenMI I did it! I did it! I found Archangel Purple Angelonia and Flamenco Samba Cuphea! Plants weren't in the best shape -- super root bound but I'm excited to try these (based on your suggestions) 😆
Отличное видео ❤очень захотелось попробовать новые сорта калтбрахоа и бегонии с декоративными листьями 😊 интересно смотреть блогеров из других стран и вдохновляться 🌸

We are finally getting a thaw around here. I’m ready for spring.
A lot of great information! Just what I needed! It's been snowing here all day Thank you!
Dreaming of this seasons garden… I can’t imagine a better way to spend a snowy day.
Thanks for the preview -- great to think about color in the midst of gray January!
Our pleasure!

Foxtail Fern reminds me of Sideshow Bob's hair (The Simpsons). If someone could make something like a scarecrow and make the hair from foxtail fern :)
I think you’re on to a living sculpture idea 😀
