greetings from Goa. I loved the way you presented this vlog and could relate pretty much , I was in Jaipur for two days mid Feb last year. On the first day, I started with Hawa Mahal, then headed to City Palace and was there to close to an hour and half which included a guided tour to the restricted areas at an extra charge. To my good fortune, I was pretty much alone. With time constraints, I did not want to stay much longer after that though my guided insisted on taking me to a shop on premises dealing in Pashmina shawls. I had barely half an hour at the nearby Jantar Mantar to it's closure. Thereon, I decided to head back towards Hawa Mahal and as I walking as I had come, A horse-driven carriage rider persuaded I take the ride at Rs.50. I decided might as well enjoy the experience and he then took my picture at the saddle outside Hawa Mahal. I recall many years back, I had a similar picture from my point and shoot camera by a friend in Mysore. But in Jaipur it was my first such ride. I then moved about the streets and market area, clicking monkeys seen in proximity of the Sawai Man Singh Town Hall and then returned to where I came from to click pictures of Hawa Mahal again and against the twilight. Later went to Wind Cafe on the road facing this iconic monument to get the best of pictures sipping a cuppa. This practically rounded my first day. Day 2 I had a famous rickshawalah pick me u from my hotel who I had planned my Day 2 while I was still back home in Goa :) Starting with breakfast, we then headed to Albert Hall Museum, etal. Covered the three forts and by late evening clicked pictures of Jal Mahal in the midst of the river. Earlier in the day, I visited the step well with an ancient temple in proximity and also Isarlat (Sargasuli). Apparently, the last mentioned - a tower you did not mention and may have not been to. If not, do go next time. You get amazing views of the Pink City up there. I did not hear of the Anokhi Museum until this vlog, but anyway I would not have had the time either. Like you, I did have a composite ticket too obtained at Hawa Mahal for two days. But it did not include one of the forts. I usually love visiting museums wherever I go, but gave the City Palace one a miss.

I was in Jaipur at the time for the Literature festival, which is why I didn't have time for a lot of things. The Anokhi museum was one I was planning for a long time, because I buy a lot of my clothes from the brands and I love watching the process of craft. I did not go to the wind cafe, I did not have the time, so hopefully next time I'm there, I'll go to the cafe, and be able to relax a bit. I had the composite ticket, but I felt it was a waste since I didn't have the time to go everywhere that was included in the ticket. And I had not heard about the Isarlat Sargasuli until now, so thank you for that, will try and make it there the next time I'm in Jaipur, which I hope is soon! Also, thank you for watching the video, and taking the time out to leave your thoughts :)

@@storiesfrommybackpack9482 I did not go to all places mentioned in the composite ticket either. What I didn't mention here was what I wasn't even aware of when I had got the ticket and my Rick driver had not mentioned either. Isarlat too I had not known of before coming to Jaipur but I was glad to see. I had the place to myself. Hardly anyone knows of it or comes. The stairs on the tower are quite steep but the 360 degrees view is splendid. I do like to spend extra long time at forts and try and ensure I visit every museum I can. But I did not at City palace and of course I did at Albert Museum Hall but sadly only mobile photography is allowed there which I found as weird. I couldn't go to the monkey temple either.

@@goanbingo I didn't have time for the monkey temple either. Yes, it is nice when you have the place to yourself. Will definitely go to Isarlat for the view-sounds really nice.

hi, I stayed at hostels during my first trip, which was extremely budget friendly, as I paid only for a bed in a shared room. The second time I visited, I stayed at a hotel- I chose the most budget friendly one I could find at the time on @goibibo.

I don't remember the auto charge, since it was a while back, but I checked with multiple autos before I took one. I didn't spend much on local travel because I found people who were going to the same places as myself, and asked to share the ride with them. :)

It does, but only to the courtyard. The present composite ticket includes very few attractions. Up until a few years ago, it had a long list of attractions.
