Summerfield town leaders and residents to rally against de-annexation bill at NC General Assembly

Summerfield’s Mayor Pro Tem says nearly 1,000 acres of “beautiful, rolling hills” are at risk if House Bill 909 passes through the NC General Assembly. Now, town residents and leaders are rallying to stop the bill from passing.
