One thing you probably noticed is that Adam Chance isn't in this vid, but the man on the top right in the hat is. That is co-founder, and Adam Rupp's brother, Chris. They both started up Home Free together. However, after a lot of consideration, he left the group to pursue some special projects of his own, including starting up another group called 7th Ave. There is a song that he performed in one of, if not his first solo video, called Moving On. Home Free has aided him in the cover on their channel as well. Well worth the watch when you have the chance. And, of course, taking his place is Adam Chance, who has been blowing people away since his time with the group, Street Corner Symphony as their bass.
And I would love to hear your reaction to Man of Constant Sorrow. Honey, if you really want to see what they can do, this is the one for that! So much going on, so much talent. They double down on that one.
Thank you for the reactions Home free is a great group of guys They sing with their heart in all of their songs Look for All that Bass that is also a good one and funny
I love these guys! They can take a song, or lots of songs in this case, and blend them together so seemlessly. And even tho they act goofy sometimes, they never lose those tight harmonies. Thank you, for another fabulous reaction.
#GreenHairedGirlVlogs Just came across you reacting to my favorite acapella fellas, Home Free. Their talent is so much more than singing acapella which they are absolutely amazing at. Beit a lighthearted, funny song/video, something that primarily showcases their beautiful voices and beatboxing or one that gives you goosebumps and makes my eyes leak every time you watch the video or listen to one of their CDs, your emotions are turned all the way up and then some. You have a new subscriber and I look forward to more HF reactions.
Loved it GHG! I agree that a lot of their covers are better than the originals. Other examples of that are In The Blood (John Mayer), Castle on the Hill (Ed Shearan) and Try Everything (Shakira). BTW, the chicken at the end is an Easter egg that they put into a lot of their earlier videos (before Chris left). It was a challenge for their fans to find it in each one. Looking forward to more HF reactions.
The chicken left when Chris left, and I think he left it on the couch at the "ACA Top Ten Country" medley when he sang with Voiceplay. ua-cam.com/video/G34m-jkCN6A/v-deo.html Check it out ... Guy
New sub. Your smile is amazing. Watched a few of you reactions and cannot get enough of your smile. Love the reactions as well. Keep up with the PTX and Home Free reactions. I just love a capella.
I enjoy the fact that you like their "variety"! These guys love to have fun, but they also cover some great Pop songs that I never would have heard of if it wasn't for Home free! "Wake me Up" (Avecii cover) "Story of M y Life" (One direction cover) But, their song that bring out emotions like, "In the Blood" (John Mayer) "What We Aint Got" (Jake Owen), and "I can't Out Run You" just pull on the Heart!
You do fantastic reactions and I love your hair. It is the perfect shade of green. Since you have a lot of great suggestions below, I'm just hitting the bell to go with my subscription.
It's not that they are better that, but they add something to the originals and I think it's the harmonies. Cam remarked on the harmonies after Mayday dropped. Just my opinion. As a May baby, I adore the color of your hair. Thanks! ^_^
GHG HELLO HOPE YOU ARE HAVING A GOOD DAY. I love hump day myself and see your smile. DAMN I GOOD ON BROWNY POINT. NO DEMASH for me see you on another reaction LOL later sis.
I think you nailed it. About half of their covers are kinda clownish, in that they're almost like parody songs; yet at the same time, they don't take the cover any less seriously, and the covers are excellent. It results in this strange dynamic where the product is both very funny and musically spectacular. There's not a ton of precedent for that.
Hi there, new "cuzn" here. 😉 I was wondering if you only reacted to singing videos or if you were interested in dance videos as well. 😁 There is one that I would like to suggest that might be a good way to enter into that realm... "Larry My Mind Clear Audio" is how you should search for it. Also, the lady who sings the song is named Yebba and is amazing all on her own. 😍 However, Larry's dancing just blows anyone who watches it away with the level of musicality he (and his twin brother Laurent) possess. 😍😍😍😍 Just a suggestion. Great Home Free reactions! 😉💚
Subbed for HF. You're right. They make songs better than the originals. Just pick 1! Please do How Great Thou Art if you haven't done so already! Thanks from #1Austie, love that Austin! I don't tweet so I made up that hashtag for fun!
Nice analysis! Thanks for the reaction and energy you bring🙂

Hey Cuz! I’ll be sure to check that out. Thank you!
I usually hear there version first before the original
Since you love old music, you should react to Janis Joplin singing summertime.
