Excellent. Keep these coming. Maybe we could see some other people of lower skill level playing and you could comment on what's been done right and what's been done wrong.
Thank you! I did post one video of two juniors a few weeks ago. Did you come across that video by any chance? If you're keen to have your own game analyzed by me, I do offer that service, along with several other benefits. Feel free to send me an email at ahad@arproformance.com and I can share more information 🙏🏼 All the best, - Ahad
Great video. One of the advanced players at our club night has been teasing us by playing every shot to the back of the forehand quadrant (right side for right-handed players). It's remarkable how he does this even with returning shots deep into his backhand corner.

Thanks Alfred. I'm wearing the Black Knight Revenge court shoes. Testing them out for BK - also created a review video for them recently. Have you heard of them? - Ahad
thank you for this video -- it was very helpful to hear your commentary and thought process during play. but it wasn't clear to me what the conditions were in the later games.
I like it! I will however stick to my original because it provides a great balance between length and going short based on its weight balance ☺️ looking forward to training this week 💪🏼 - Ahad
I will be 53 this month. Play on both Saturday and Sunday(too far to be able to make it on weekdays)… I also play in Men Over 50 national circuit..haven’t won a single Match yet 🤪… my main problem is the slight ‘Tennis Elbow’ condition that prevents me from gripping the racquet tight..which means I can’t always transfer the power and that means I can’t get the ball deep back in the the court and that’s then pretty much the end of the rally. Even here I can see that the player in blue shirt isn’t getting the ball deeper into the court… and that makes him a sort of sitting duck.(whenever he is getting the ball deep he is able to remain in the rally…) What I do is clear my mind and tell my self that for next 20min I will not hit a single drop, no matter what the ball is I will try to get it deep back(which doesn’t happen but anyways) in the court.
All the best in the O50 circuit! I hope that your tennis elbow clears up soon. You're right about the importance of depth of length. There could be various technical, tactical, strength etc reasons behind it. If you're keen to get a second opinion on your game, feel free to send me an email at ahad@arproformance.com. I offer a couple of services that really help players improve. All the best, - Ahad
@@ARProformance I play mainly for fitness. My 14 year old son also trains … we are fortunate to have a very good coaching staff. Infact my coach had met Ramy Ashour when he visited India as a teenager way before becoming a legend. And just after retirement Ramy accepted invitation to visit us at Pune. We some 10-15 of us(mostly kids, other than the owner and the coach I was the only adult) had a nice extended dinner and were chatting about all things other than squash. I will keep track of your posts 👍 (Ramy at the squash academy where I play/train) ua-cam.com/video/tJ4Mc4vVZJo/v-deo.htmlsi=Vrmhjca_CL_YdE8F
Hey and thank you for the content. I’m sorry that my question is not related to this video. I want to ask you why don’t you compete in the masters category? For example World Maters that were recently in Amsterdam.
Great question! To be honest, I was thinking about playing in the event last month, but two factors prevented me from doing so. (1) I'm extremely busy with work and family commitments, (2) I fractured a bone in my pinky toe in May, which kept me out for 2+ months 😞 I'm turning 39 in January, so maybe I'll try playing the year I turn 40!? Let's see what life brings 😊 thanks for watching and supporting! - Ahad
I guess he likes it 😊 maybe he's trying to distract me since other things don't seem to be working? 😂 I'm just kidding. He's like a younger brother to me so we have some light hearted banter! - Ahad

Haha! That's awesome! Where do you guys play?

Hey Ahad, great videos! Also, what shoes you wearing?
Thanks Alfred. I'm wearing the Black Knight Revenge court shoes. Testing them out for BK - also created a review video for them recently. Have you heard of them?

Haven’t heard of them, I’ll need to check it out!

Nice! How are you liking the racquet?

Didn't expect cricket to be mentioned during a condition game🤣
haha! We gotta have some fun while we're at it, right? :)
Thanks for watching and commenting!

why is he playing with two different shoes
Cos he's young and he's trying out a style. Good for him!
