    im really happy X is completely changing up the age old accepted meta techniques and forcing the game to evolve

    always loved the nonsense launches from my childhood shows like the OG Beyblade or Crush Gear Turbo
    things like Tyson doing a run up jump launch to somehow make his Grip Attacker spin 4x as fast
    or Kouya doing a spinning jump throw to make Garuda Eagle 'ride the wind' and do its Shining Sword Breaker (which is still badass, I can't lie)
    love to learn some real life launch techniques like this

    100% dude! Trying to hold position at the top of the stadium when a match starts is my only strat 😂

    This is a pretty cool launch technique that could also likely be slightly adapted to heavily counter stamina types that hide on that top left lip.
    I think referring to it as a Crescent Launch would be pretty neat since its trajectory is kinda crescent-like.

    So this has been my launch style about a month after the release of X. I mainly used it with the taper bit to have my bey stall. That's what I was referring to it as the stall launch. Just to stall time for an attack type to get on the rails and a defense or stamina type to settle in the middle and then I'd go in and attack them there. My go to for 80% of my launches.

      Same! Spent about a week when I got stuff trying to figure out how to get things to work consistently. Been doing it on aggro stuff ever since.

      @@nizumablader personally, it was my selling point with using taper. Felt like that bit gave me the most control. Waiting for GB and GF to see how they handle it! Thanks for all the great content man!!

    in tournaments i use viper tail 5-60R a lot, absolute favorite combo, and i almost always hug the opposite side of the rail and launch very forcefully, stalling around the edge before making contact, it forces out or bursts just about anything pretty consistently, except hell scythe of course which just refuses to get KO'd even after a huge hit lol.

      The rush bit I feel like I’d the easiest bit to do this with. Love viper 5-60 rush. Such a good combo.

      @nizumablader people use viper 5-60 on point and taper a lot but be sleeping on rush big time lol literally such ridiculous control in the stadium

    You could call it a "C" Launch because it forms a C along the xtreme line without actually touching it or for a more cooler name you can call it "stalking" launch, because the way the bey moves looks like its trying to stalk the opponent before falling into it and attacking. I have named a few launches of my own ahahaha, I have one I call, "sliding" meaning you force your bey to slide into a particular position (which is very risky because it could risk a self KO if you are pulling too hard) "ultra angle" which is to launch a tall defense type bey at an absurd angle (I've seen this from zanke actually and it does have some good results from my testing too)

    I've actually been able to get the reverse-xdash going using ball bits from the left side by doing a forward-right tilt and slide pushing it forward. It seems according to Nestrings that it's a strong jp stamina launching technique

    Hi Nizuma! Thanks for this video! In my case I can only make this work on ball type bits. Not attack/balance bits. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Ive been trying to figure this out for the last couple hours. I started getting something like what you show when i started launching at around a 45 degree angle, which was much steeper than I expected. But even then I only get something similar in around 1 in every twenty launches. I was practicing using a phoenixfeather 3-60 flat

    • @nizumablader
      @nizumablader  7 місяців тому

      3 sided ratchets are harder to burst than 4. Lower height protects you more from bursts as well.

      @@nizumablader then what is the point of having more side?

    • @nizumablader
      @nizumablader  7 місяців тому +1

      @@gamingwatersheep9575 3 sided ratchets, 5 sided, and 9 are all good. 4 side is just generally the worst of them because the protrusions are easier to hit.
