Good morning💙 I think good advice from me, to have these habits, is to make it a priority to romanticize your life. I just came back from my habitual 45 minute walk with my dogs. But, before hand, I took 5 minutes to make my delicious expresso drink to have on the walk. I brought a journal and sat 5 minutes at the park to write some thoughts. Having my coffee and my journal makes me feel like I’m that girl in the movie that I admire. I’m going to the gym soon and I’m going to make sure to wear a nice outfit because I find when I look good, I feel good, I work harder. For me, music makes all the difference in the world. I play music that suits the vibe I’m going for. Sometimes pop, classical, jazz, ambiance music. I can go on and on about the LITTLE things I add to my routine to achieve these big goals I’ve set for myself that make the process enjoyable. Enjoy the process.
I will add another option for people trying to quit soda: sparkling water. I quit soda decades ago (maybe have at most 10 in a year now) but I still like those bubbles. Olipop is also a great switch, and you get fiber in. My goals are continuing a lot of things I have worked on for several years. And literally yesterday started something which might help a lot: a higher dose of Vyvance. Time will tell if today is just psychosomatic but I sure hope that is not the case.
These are fantastic tips, especially the digital declutter/email one. I'm surprised you don't have more subscribers and views! I love the aesthetic, vibe, and quality of your videos/page.

Hi!!! I'll make sure to update the FAQ section with that info! The inside pages are 7x9 and the covers are slightly larger than that to make sure they're protected :)
Not according the topic, sorry)) The dog's appearing and disappearing at 2.17-2.21 looked a bit scary) Closer to the topic: rituals and people who follow are amazing. I used to but stopped. I don't know whether depression leaded to quit my rituals or it started because I quit. Now I'm fighting depression and bring simple rituals back to my life, they really help.
Actually I instantly thought about it too, and I've been wanting to ask about the dog (and cat of course) in your routine. Love your videos, but I confess that I always wonder where they fit in? Because you seem to care about animals, but never talk about your routine with them! Have a wonderful 2024✨
I have dogs, but we have a large fenced yard where they run and play several hours of the day. This means I dont take them on walks, so I have to make myself get outside to get fresh air daily. Maybe that's the case with her as well?
Hey, in fairness, I said "not processed OR minimally processed" at the beginning, because I still eat tons of tofu and tempeh which are also minimally processed 😂
Hi there! Hurom’s patented Slow Squeeze Technology uses an auger to squeeze out juice (similar to how you would hand-squeeze an orange) instead of shredding fruits and vegetables with high-speed blades like other juicers and blenders. This natural motion minimizing damage to ingredients, keeping natural taste and nutrition intact.
Good morning💙

That James Nestor book was SO INTERESTING! Now a favorite.
Thank you. Needed the reminder about reducing the scope and not just skipping.
It's definitely one of my favorite tips / reminders! :)
Try carrot apple celery ginger juice! It’s my fav combo

Aw - thank you so much! :) Happy to hear that!!
Happy New Year 😊
It indeed feels satisfying to do a ditital clean up but relying on one platform (cloud) is not a wise move.
Hi Katie, I love your videos. Can you please do a video on plant based meal prep ideas? And your camera set up? Thanks
Thank you so much!

Artist’s date!
YOU KNOW! :) Such a game changer!
I love a good solo date! I have a word for it that I don't think I can post in the comments on your channel lol
I am confused about the fresh air thing. You have dogs, so I guess you are outside at least 2 hours each day? But maybe this is a german thing 😉

Somebody else might be responsible for walking the dogs, or maybe they have a yard where the dogs can run around freely
No processed food then we started talking about juices 😅
