I have been training with D curl since the beginning, today I tried C curl for the first time & WOW THAT APPLICATION WAS A WORLD OF A DIFFERENCE.

Glue aid! It’s a serious lifesaver in some situations. And also I trained with c and d curl and I find it so easy 🤷♀️ I guess everyone learns with different curls and techniques
