The thing is everyone's skin is so different you literally have to test different washes and creams to see what goes best with your own skin. My oldest daughter has eczema what works for her won't work for everyone else with eczema. It's all different . I know some people who use dishsoap and it works , so many other things that work for them that doesn't work for my daughters. The same applies to all our skins as well. You could use loreal vitamin c mask and it doesn't do a thing for up but the next woman. Could use it and it could work nice for her.

People's critical thinking skills are in the gutter unfortunately. But to the credit of the masses, UA-cam didn't used to be like this. People came to UA-cam because they wanted honest reviews from people instead of an ad. People used to be criticized for getting sponsorships but now monetization and becoming a full time content creator. People didn't seem to notice when "creators" started popping up only reviewing stuff sent to them or that they had a code for. They don't assume that the creator is only going to give positives so that they can ensure their check. People themselves are always looking out for their next product that they "need" and can ensure gets "positive reviews"

Well, from a Linguist's perspective, I don't find that weird at all actually. People can have multiple dialects and will code switch between those dialects. That dialect definitely doesn't seem natural to her, at least not completely, but I could see her possibly having a more minor Boston accent that she has code switched from in the past

As a former neuroscientist, the most dangerous field of science of modern times is “consumer neuroscience”… which should be illegal, bc it’s basically companies studying how their advertising and products can be better pushed to consumers by studying the effects on their brain. So they want to get people addicted to their products in one way or another using whatever means they can. This is why I find people that give infants and toddlers excessive screen time to be horrible parents, they’re enabling their children’s addictions early. My son and I constantly look around at the world and realize we’re absolutely on our way to WALL·E coming true.

Social media doesn't count interactions as positive or negative - to the algorithm it's all positive interaction. Wow, her life is exhausting. Well, I wake up at 4:30 get my kids ready for school. Come back home and get dressed for work. Work 8 hours. Get off from work, get dinner, and go to my sons football practice. Come home, deal with my 13 animals, cook dinner, get my kids' homework done, give them a bath, get them in bed, finally clean the house, and I go to bed at 1:00 am. Get up and do it all over again. I entirely agree, unfortunately this is the standard in all forms of advertising (from professional shoots to small influencers) and it needs to change throughout the entire industry. None of this is new it’s just so accessible to influencers that can pretend they’re not using them, we’ve grown to expect photoshop from big business but it’s new in this form. There should have to be a “this photo/video has been edited” even if there has been minor changes.

They have family and friends who also need help with so many things! I can wring out my clothes several times a day, while my heart hurts and breaks for them! I lived in Massachusetts for 3 years for university. The only people from Massachusetts who still talk like this are people who are 30-40+ years old and even then it’s like toned down by 75% of whatever she’s doing. In Mass it’s slight slips in words like Orange “AHrange” or Car “Cah” to name two examples. So as someone with older family members from Massachusetts NOBODY TALKS LIKE HOW SHE TALKS. She’s doing the most stereotypical Family Guy accent I’ve ever heard. I know it’s fake 100% from personal experience.
My father was born and raised in Somerville, Massachusetts (for anyone who doesn’t know, Somerville is right outside of Boston) along with his 15 brothers and sisters and not a single one of them sounds even remotely close to this woman. Her voice and accent are like an eagle screeching in one ear and a baby crying in other.
My grandma’s got an accent from this area, and it’s the strongest accent you could imagine. It’s not even HALF of this. The only people who have accents this strong are comedians making fun of the Boston accent.

I’m from mass and there are plenty of people that sounds like that, not from Boston thought. People from southeastern mass (Fall River mainly) have that accent. I get the ”work/radio accent” and your “drunk accent” being from one side of the spectrum to the other. I don’t think this is her real accent at all but she is to far in to change it.

Just get older, it gets easier, especially if you're going to school. I'm almost 50 and I do work a strict 40 hour week unless I want overtime, which is hard to get approved at my pay rate. When I was in my 20's I remember thinking I'd never have anything or stability without a husband. I worked hard, put in my time and its been rewarding for a while now. I never did get married. But you will reach a point in your life where you've paid your dues and offer a lot to your employer and believe you also deserve that balance in life.

My son passed away at Boston Children's Hospital. Jacob gained his wings at just 7 years of age. When Boston Children's was mentioned, my heart skipped. You should look up Hannah Alonzo as well. She used to be strictly anti MLM content, bringing proof of how much of a scam those were, but she's beginning to branch out into calling out Influencers in general. My oldest daughter has eczema what works for her won't work for everyone else with eczema. It's all different . You could use loreal vitamin c mask and it doesn't do a thing for up but the next woman. Could use it and it could work nice for her.

People's critical thinking skills are in the gutter unfortunately. But to the credit of the masses, UA-cam didn't used to be like this. People came to UA-cam because they wanted honest reviews from people instead of an ad. People used to be criticized for getting sponsorships but now monetization and becoming a full time content creator. People didn't seem to notice when "creators" started popping up only reviewing stuff sent to them or that they had a code for. They don't assume that the creator is only going to give positives so that they can ensure their check. People themselves are always looking out for their next product that they "need" and can ensure gets "positive reviews"

I loved Mikayla and was a consistent viewer for almost a year, and I kept thinking, “how can this one be her favorite?” I got tired of being deceived and confused, and quit. When she got 5 million, I wondered if it was just me, or were all these others just sheep. This video proves my suspicions with evidence.
As a former neuroscientist, the most dangerous field of science of modern times is “consumer neuroscience”… which should be illegal, bc it’s basically companies studying how their advertising and products can be better pushed to consumers by studying the effects on their brain. So they want to get people addicted to their products in one way or another using whatever means they can. This is why I find people that give infants and toddlers excessive screen time to be horrible parents, they’re enabling their children’s addictions early. My son and I constantly look around at the world and realize we’re absolutely on our way to WALL·E coming true.

Social media doesn't count interactions as positive or negative - to the algorithm it's all positive interaction. Until people stop watching, disliking, commenting (no matter what the comment says) interacting at all with a creators content people like this will always have a platform. I entirely agree, unfortunately this is the standard in all forms of advertising (from professional shoots to small influencers) and it needs to change throughout the entire industry. None of this is new it’s just so accessible to influencers that can pretend they’re not using them, we’ve grown to expect photoshop from big business but it’s new in this form. There should have to be a “this photo/video has been edited” even if there has been minor changes.

I lived in Massachusetts for 3 years for university. The only people from Massachusetts who still talk like this are people who are 30-40+ years old and even then it’s like toned down by 75% of whatever she’s doing. In Mass it’s slight slips in words like Orange “AHrange” or Car “Cah” to name two examples. So as someone with older family members from Massachusetts NOBODY TALKS LIKE HOW SHE TALKS. She’s doing the most stereotypical Family Guy accent I’ve ever heard. I know it’s fake 100% from personal experience.

I’m from mass and there are plenty of people that sounds like that, not from Boston thought. People from southeastern mass (Fall River mainly) have that accent. Just get older, it gets easier, especially if you're going to school. I'm almost 50 and I do work a strict 40 hour week unless I want overtime, which is hard to get approved at my pay rate. When I was in my 20's I remember thinking I'd never have anything or stability without a husband. I worked hard, put in my time and its been rewarding for a while now. I never did get married. But you will reach a point in your life where you've paid your dues and offer a lot to your employer and believe you also deserve that balance in life.

can we talk about how the timeline of her day she lays out in her "try being an influencer for a day" video doesn't add up? she says she gets up at 6 (not that she starts work at 6, but lets say she does), films for 5-6 hours (which makes it 11/12), spends a few hours editing and then works on her other socials (making it well into the afternoon), but is also in meetings from 12-5?? last i checked time doesn't work like that. she def was just saying things to make her day sound crazy. make it make sense
