SO much has changed since the 70's or the 80's will always remember the older days where in-between the kitchen and the front counter there used to be something like a rack system, and everyday before the lunch rush started uin the back, the workers used to make a whole bunch of Hamburgers, cheeseburgers, Big Macs and whatever else, then they would place all of them of the rack, and after the last burger was made, the worker would place a number behind the last burger showing on the clock when all of those burgers currently on the rack would be considered expired and whatever was left, had to be thrown away a new one were made to replace the older ones, Now for the workers up front, this was back when they had those microphones next to the registers, and when customers placed their orders, the workers would speak into the microphones and say some like 2 hamburgers, or maybe 2 Big Macs, etc, then if the customer ordered fries, the employee would say something like LARFE FRY just so if there was somebody working the fry station, they could package the fries in advance so the woker when getting the order together can just grab the already made fry instead of making them themselves, Now when it was time to grab however may burgers, when grabbing off the rack, they would saying something like TAKING 3 HAMBURGERS leaving however were left on the rack, but kinda glad they did away with the rack system whenever they did only because there were LOTS of times that LOTS of burgers were just wasted and thrown in the trash because they werent sold before they expired and that probably caused McDonalds quite a bit of money in WASTED food, I will always remember when I worked there when they had that system, at the end of the night, it was my job to actually reach in the trash and actually grab all of the burgers that were thrown away because they expired and then had to count them all for the manager.......

The line should be set up up pickles lettice then onions and tickets go on the under side of the paper?... so it's on top of the sandwich when you slide it up in the landing zone so they can see what it is and get it it out quickly every second counts

I think the rack burgers were better. The burger had a chance to meld as one. Maybe a bit more grease, hotter? Idk
