    I bought a house from people who smoked for 25 years in the house. We thought the smell would go away on its own but it continues and we are dismayed. The walls have been painted (by the previous owner so I don't know what process was used) and the carpets have been replaced. But the smell remains. Would any product help and how to apply?

    How would i use this on a mattress ?????????????????????????????????

    • @LegendBrands
      @LegendBrands  3 роки тому

      Thanks for your Q. Mattresses are difficult because of the porosity of the surface. You could use the product as a prespray and then clean the mattress like it were an upholstered piece. If the odor or particulate has penetrated to the interior of the mattress then the item is probably not restorable.

    Can warm vinegar be mixed/used instead of Wall Wash?

    • @LegendBrands
      @LegendBrands  6 років тому

      Do you mean substitute vinegar for Wall Wash in this process? Wall Wash includes a bit of detergency to help remove smoke deposits and soils from flat or semi-gloss painted surfaces. I don't think vinegar would be as effective.

      I should've posed the question clearer - can warm vinegar be mixed with Tabac-Attack as an alternative to Wall Wash? I just bought Tabac-Attack, and have used warm vinegar on my walls with great success in pulling the yellow tar color out, so I figured the combo would make a kickass pseudo Wall Wash. An additional question if I may - if the walls come clean with the warm vinegar, does Tabac-Attack get sprayed on the walls as a odor sealant? Thanks!

      I'm going to forward your question to one of our resident experts -- John Otero. Stand by...

      John Otero notes that Wall Wash has proprietary brightening and
      deodorizing agents and can be very effective for cleaning up after
      grease fires. Vinegar does not have those features.

      Okay, thanks for the reply. I'll pick up some Wall Wash.

    Out of curiosity what would you charge a client for a deodorizer process like this? By room or by square foot. Can you give me an idea what you would charge for a 1000 square foot space
