Beautiful, makes me cry tears of joy T_T. This master has very powerful wai jin, very dangerous explosive energy (inner chi). I've loved wudang since a very small child and would love to train there but I am unfortunately very poor. Its a shame its so expensive. Now only the rich will be able to learn this wonderful path of life.
Softness is often confused, especially by westerners, to mean weakness when it actually means power without a heavy exertion of force. Using your whole body to deliver a blow like in longfist, or using your center to throw the opponent like in taichi chuan, drunken embraces both aspects. Most in the western hemisphere do not understand this, kung fu is based on physics and practicality. To understand the power of these movements requires a noble heart, yet the practitioner who acieves these abilities reaches a level of understanding how to be effective in any combat scenario.
Losdawg10000 freerangeproductions I heard I story from my Sifu of a Westerner who was abandoned as a child, he was found by Shaolin Monks, they took him, and he turned out to be the best warrior in the monastery.
I agree with you. Pretty much what fighters want to take from Taichi is the YangHard and YinSoft concept in fighting and not the moves the practitioners do. The move does help to develop or train in understanding Hard and Soft, but it is the idea of using soft to block hard, or using hard to block hard if you know you are stronger and don't mind blocking an attack straight on. It can even go to using hard at the correct timing to deal the finishing blow.
Such a beautiful form! I love the way the form flows, saw several masters doing this form faster, but this is the most flowing performance I saw so far (and this is the most important for me) and the most inspiring! Thank you so much for sharing! My second dream is to see Tai Yi Xuan Men in the same flow and quality! Hope you will upload it soon.
I love this form, and great style of the Master. I practice staff free style without teacher now in the forrest of Norway and find great inspiration watching this video. Thanks for sharing it!
The DVD is wonderful. I bought it a few months back and just started to learn from it. Very informative he talks while he does the moves very slowly and from every angle. Giving you the names of the movements as he performs them. I hope by the end of the summer to have it on my youtube channel with the other staff forms I have shaolin fire staff and yin hand.
"Onemove 33" what is meant by soft is actually loose rather than soft, soft is a misconception and inaccurate. So what is the significance of loose then? you might ask, the looseness is like that of a whip the moves must be loose in sung which is a kind of active relaxation not dead but alive and the moves must contract upon impact to provide the devastating effects of a whip.
+wudangbing i am sorry for asking this, because i don't know the difference between wudang and shaolin . religion and kung fu style soo can some one please give some light on this . thanks you
i practice this daily out side and people consistently make fun of me for doing it and challenge me to a fight i don't want to fight though but they won't leave me in peace unless i doi just go inside until what should i do should i give in and accept their challenge or should i keep ignoring them help i need advice😖😖😰😰
It's actually the opposite for me some people who see me practice literally ask me to teach them, some people even just quietly watch. The only times I actually attack some one is out of self defence not out of anger.
Shifu Bing, Thank you for bringing your students to the tournament this weekend! I was especially inspired to see this form by one of your older students (I think this is the one). Best wishes, -PF
Where might I find the song in this video clip on the internet? I can't seem to find it on any download site (except Chinese ones, but I can barely speak any mandarin, let alone read it). I really really want this song.
softness triumphs over hardness...really? What about a sharp hard sword vs soft flesh? The sword would triumph and pierce it, i understand what lao tzu is saying but it is not always true.
OneMove33 flesh = soft, sword = hard. you can be hard and thrust your sword towards my chest, and I can softly get out of the way. mind over matter, friend.
Everything beautifull,music,presentation,congratulation.
Everything Magic,thank Master gratidão.
I love staff forms, the flow and movements are fantastic.
太极的好功夫。他厉害。谢谢!。再见!。慢走!。
Amazing fluid movements, only a master can!
Beauty by a master... And the music makes it more furious... Loved it
There's most certainly a profound beauty & peace to this art form that's been around for thousands of years.
SO BEAUTIFUL!! All of it. The scenery, the form, the wardrobe and especially the music! Powerful! Oh how I love Wudang!

You will reach your target soon
Look for an instructor, never give up.
I recommend that you see videos of sifu de yang. He is shaolin monk. Shaolin kung-fu is pretty much like wudang kung fu.
You can train shaolin kung-fu in UA-cam first see the video of the basic moves.

i practice this daily out side and people consistently make fun of me for doing it and challenge me to a fight i don't want to fight though but they won't leave me in peace unless i doi just go inside until what should i do should i give in and accept their challenge or should i keep ignoring them help i need advice😖😖😰😰
