Beautiful, makes me cry tears of joy T_T. This master has very powerful wai jin, very dangerous explosive energy (inner chi). I've loved wudang since a very small child and would love to train there but I am unfortunately very poor. Its a shame its so expensive. Now only the rich will be able to learn this wonderful path of life.

Softness is often confused, especially by westerners, to mean weakness when it actually means power without a heavy exertion of force. Using your whole body to deliver a blow like in longfist, or using your center to throw the opponent like in taichi chuan, drunken embraces both aspects. Most in the western hemisphere do not understand this, kung fu is based on physics and practicality. To understand the power of these movements requires a noble heart, yet the practitioner who acieves these abilities reaches a level of understanding how to be effective in any combat scenario.

Losdawg10000 freerangeproductions I heard I story from my Sifu of a Westerner who was abandoned as a child, he was found by Shaolin Monks, they took him, and he turned out to be the best warrior in the monastery.

I agree with you. Pretty much what fighters want to take from Taichi is the YangHard and YinSoft concept in fighting and not the moves the practitioners do. The move does help to develop or train in understanding Hard and Soft, but it is the idea of using soft to block hard, or using hard to block hard if you know you are stronger and don't mind blocking an attack straight on. It can even go to using hard at the correct timing to deal the finishing blow.

Such a beautiful form! I love the way the form flows, saw several masters doing this form faster, but this is the most flowing performance I saw so far (and this is the most important for me) and the most inspiring! Thank you so much for sharing! My second dream is to see Tai Yi Xuan Men in the same flow and quality! Hope you will upload it soon.

The DVD is wonderful. I bought it a few months back and just started to learn from it. Very informative he talks while he does the moves very slowly and from every angle. Giving you the names of the movements as he performs them. I hope by the end of the summer to have it on my youtube channel with the other staff forms I have shaolin fire staff and yin hand.

"Onemove 33" what is meant by soft is actually loose rather than soft, soft is a misconception and inaccurate. So what is the significance of loose then? you might ask, the looseness is like that of a whip the moves must be loose in sung which is a kind of active relaxation not dead but alive and the moves must contract upon impact to provide the devastating effects of a whip.
