What about the ( Orlando Rays? ) The TampaBay Rays are not too happy at their present location because it's not centrally located in the Bay Area. They are trying to extort the government for a brand new state of the art Stadium. You might just end up getting the Rays instead. Moving to Orlando would make a lot of sense for them if they can black mail Orlando to build them a new stadium.
How long after residential comes to an area do you typically see commercial businesses move in? I just bought in Lake Alfred and excited they have expedited the I4 projects but wondering at what point I should expect publix, fast food, basic conveniences to move into the area....

Hunter Creek is in district one as well we are considered south west Orange County. Number two look up Whole Foods coming to hunter creek it’s going up at the corner of obt/osceola parkway. Orange county demographics will always hold it back. You can't have a third world populated touristy area. It will turn ghetto.
