This home is stunning but I believe it’s not for sale anymore! But can you tour the ONCE UPON A DREAM also at Golden Oak? I would love to see it! Thank you
Not being allowed to park in your own driveway might be the dumbest HOA overstep I’ve ever heard of. No location is worth putting up with rules like that.
No, I actually like that. I know it may seem silly but in Florida a lot of HOA are like that and I really enjoy it. Makes your house look clean and proper instead of letting it get junkie with all these cars everywhere.
I like the rule as well. My in laws living in a community with similar rules and it's fine. My mom on the other hand has a neighbor across the street with old boats he is repairing and clunker cars all over the front drive. And she lives in a nice middle / upper middle class area. This is actually where an HOA makes sense to me. Rules enforcing upkeep, no strange paint colors, clutter and junk. I can deal with the rules being a pain sometimes more than I can with a hoarder next door spilling into the yard. You'd change your tune if you had a junker move in next to you.
Hi Ken Pozek, do you know if Golden Oak is still going to build single family homes like mega mansion sizes like the exact size of homes part of Isleworth neighborhood in Windermere, FL where there’s really big homes if you’ve heard of that neighborhood before?
@@kenpozekI have to admit that this house is one of the nicest houses in Golden Oak and it’s the “right” size for a family. Not surprised by the multiple offers
Golden Oaks rule. All vehicles must be in the garage by I believe 9 pm. No cars can be parked in the driveway or in the street. I guess they don't want too many people or multiple families living or visiting at the same time.
Visual clutter rules. My in laws live in a community with similar rules. It is to prevent people from parking RVs, cars they are repairing, boats, and other junk in their drives.
This home assessed market value of is $4.453 million they’re asking $3 million more. I don’t think so plus the yearly taxes on the $3.5 million house they originally bought it for is over $68,000 a year just think about that.
1. The sellers put over $1M into it since they bought it. 2. It’s also already under contract with multiple offers. 3. You won’t find a home in orlando where the assessed value matches the market value. It’s always lower. Thanks for tuning in!
So true, however, that house does not have access from the garage into the house that’s insane to me and the other issue is there’s no formal dining room for a house at that price should have at least one dining room. If not, two it was shocking to me and yes, I know golden Oaks is beautiful, but that house just doesn’t seem to fit the price. I hope the person that bought it is happy that’s all that matters.
We sold it while doing all this marketing prep. I prefer going to market with properties, but it was a win-win for the seller and buyer! Thought it’d be fun to show it off anyhow :)
Thinking of selling or buying a home in greater Orlando! We’d love to help. Https://Theorlandoreal.com/youtube to get started

You can park there. Just not in the street or driveway overnight

@@scott5966 no junker or clutter-buck is moving to Golden Oaks, except for the Beverly hillbillies
Now if i could just get financing on a 300 year loan.

You did an amazing job!
Remember this house when it was first built. Whoever did the renovations royally screwed this house. Much much worse than it was before.
Ken & Bree - Congrats on getting this under contract so quickly!! I know whomever is purchasing it will love living there! Great job to you both.

Ken, this is a beautiful house, but this is not a listing. You held this in you pocket and sold it privately.

Absolutely - if it's priced right it will sell quickly & this beautiful home obviously was 😀
Gorgeous! Doesn't seem to have an elevator, which so many Golden Oak homes have.
I feel that people are lazy if they have an elevator just walk
