I’m going to show this to my ceramics class today!! We started coiling this week. I can’t think of a better example of what is possible using this technique. Love your work!!
I am simply amazed by everything you create. These are gorgeous! The minute details on each piece are no less or more important than the one that came before and together they create a true masterpiece. Thank you for sharing your process. What type of clay/porcelain do you use if I may ask?

Absolutely beautiful! I gotta ask, how do you keep the leaves and other thin parts from cracking while drying?
Thank you. I think the key point is trying to keep different parts in a similar humidity state.
Amazing
Thanks!
А назначение этой конструации какое? Сложный низ и загадочный верх. Очень понравилась растительность для украшения.

It’s stoneware clay
How do you fire these large works?

You can check this video, I recorded my glaze and fire process here.
How many pounds of clay was used for one of these sculptures.
Each should be roughly 100 lbs. I don't weigh them though.
@@Liangceramicstudio what type of clay do you use? Great work!
@@jonbulat1 Thank you. I used stoneware clay for this one.
