every country has its own method to enforce for "minors" (under 18 or 21) the rule "don't drink and shoot/drive". in germany we are only allowed to drink, and in the usa they are only allowed to shoot and drive ...
But I think it makes sense. Alcohol is not good for you especially when your body is still developing and you need every of your brain cells for learning. Guns normally don't harm you when you go shooting on a range or go hunting. And especially when you're trained well in operating with guns from a young age it's pretty safe in my opinion. And driving a car with 16 or 17 is no problem because most people in this age are pretty responsible. Here in Germany you can drive motorcycles that drive up to 50km/h or even faster I guess when you're 16 years old, so why not a car? It's much safer.

But then people pretested because they wanted to keep the old Ampelmännchen so it celebrated a comeback - and not only in (what used to be) the east of Berlin and Germany. Nowadays you can see it in many west-german cities as well. I'm glad you had a good time in Berlin amigo! Greetings

Kebap means meat skewer, this is a old tradition in Turkey. Döner Kebap is the meat in the flatbread. This is what was invited by the people from turkey labor migration in Berlin in the 70s.
There are also other occupations in Berlin! Going to Television Tower, Mauerpark, Holocaust memorial or the Pergamon Museum only to name a few. I love the Märkische Museum bc it shows a brief summary of Berlin History in a nice way.

You are right - that Ampelmännchen is from GDR even though Kreuzberg is in the west. They wanted to standardise on the West German version (no hat) but there was such an outcry against it that the ‘Ossimännchen’ was retained. Since then it has started popping up in western parts too.

In our city only young school kids eat this asia noodles. I've never saw a person who is older then 15 eat them like this.

You are right - that Ampelmännchen is from GDR even though Kreuzberg is in the west. They wanted to standardise on the West German version (no hat) but there was such an outcry against it that the ‘Ossimännchen’ was retained. Since then it has started popping up in western parts too.
