My husband is a builder and often saves folks a lot of money by looking outside of the box. What a lovely young man to share what your work with folks. Joyce in Oregon.
I like your barn. I have been looking at hoop barns for a while just to put my equipment in and another for hay storage. While researching I came across your video. I had never heard of Kentucky Hoop Barns but am ordering my first one from them. It's a 6 hour drive for me to pick up the materials but I think it will be worth it. Thanks for the videos.
THANKS and God bless ya brother! Great ideas and God love us country folk! Was the canopy top with the canopy end / side pole pockets well as the grommets for the ratchet straps already pre-sewn into it? Also curious what material they used for the canopy as jeesh is there a ton of options these days!
Thank you! All of that was already sewn in and made into the canvas. I really have no clue what the actual material is called. I did some googling and sound a company that makes replacement one and this is what it said. I’m sure it’s probably pretty close to the same thing. “12.5 oz. polyethylene, rip-stop webbing with added UV resistance”. - hoopbarn.com check them out and see if that helps you out.
Not sure what it is now, things have gone up a lot since I’ve done it. Depends on if you do the work yourself or have it contracted out. Be best to contact someone who sales them.

Like your set-up It's going to work for you and that is what counts. You will be working out of the rain and sun in a dry area.
Thanks! And that is for sure!

I made sure that anything that is in contact with the tarp has been wrapped to protect against this.
