none whatsoever except the owners husband died and she doesn't want to live there alone anymore
Thank you Rick! The next one we liked was over 10 mill, so that's why I thought there must be something... for 3.5 it looks like a steal. Can you anchor in that harbor?
wow, 3.5 is practically a giveaway, it started at 8Mil a couple years ago... it is beautfully finished inside, and meticulously maintained. Not sure about anchoring in the harbor, it's very exposed so might be a good day anchorage in light conditions but you'd have to watch your wind and waves

Rick Moore The British are the ones who are suppose to pronounce it as Caribbean. The Americans are usually the ones who pronounce it the other way.
