Looks like a nice spot. I don't think Ive ever seen that offered as a stop on RC before. We are flying to FL tomorrow to spend the night and get on Empress on Saturday. I think Ive mentioned before this will be our first time ever going on that ship. Looking forward to it. This will be my 11th cruise overall, 10 on RC. I think the wife has been on 2-3 additional ones with her family as well. It looked surprisingly calm and a lack of pushy vendors and tour sellers when you got off the ship there.....how nice!
I believe we sailed in February. There are restrooms available in an out building. The water was warm enough to swim for us Floridians and we are pretty sensitive to the cold!

Tortola was great. I'd really like to go back and you're right it was less pushy than most cruise ports.
