    I workout fasted, and it works great for me and with intermittent fasting, has great benefits

      This. You need to do a load week (4x or 5x depending on who you listen to) to get up to saturation level. After that you can cruise on 5g a day basically forever.

    I think you should add an annotation to the creatine dosing. 20g every day seems excessive, maybe for the first couple of days to reach saturation quicker. Dosing that high defnitely gives some people the shits

      He mentioned 20g for 5 days, however he forgot to say that after that 3-5g is enough everyday afterwards

      20 grams is nuts. 5grams/day for loading phase followed by 1-2 grams after that is enough for most people. More than 2 grams and I get a lot of boating.
      Mind you he also said take 2mg of caffeine so IDK whether he understands units at all.

    Well I just realized pre workout isn't for me because I don't watch to much on diet and what I eat.
    I'm staying with Creatine and Protein 😄

      You can’t outwork a bad diet, it’s not bad already if ur taking the right doses of protein and carbs you can still take pre workout. He just said that for a good workout you should consume carbs 2h before because that’s the core to your energy. Regardless, be aware of what you eat because your health also matters, not only gains. Also, no need to be obsessed and measure everything just be well and happy

    taking Creatine & Beta Alanin as a pre-workout is irrelevant, timing has no effect. You just need to saturate your body with enough over a period of several weeks and then you will feel the effects.

      Pre workout is before your training session.. you take it 30-45 minutes before training.. protein shake you take it after workout

    20 g of creatine per day?
    That would probably a waste long term only do this in the loading phase, after that 5-10 g per day is enough depending on your size

    I want to start working out !! I eat healthy mostly home made food , i don’t eat salads 🥗 but I love fruits and some veggies. But I’m not a junk food eater . Is this an ideal healthy diet. Even though I eat burgers they are home made burgers with bell peppers onions and garlic inside I always make sure not to add too much salt or butter to my dishes . Every time I research diet the Keto diet shows up and that’s what I’m referring to . I’m just a healthy home cook 👩‍🍳

      I think he forgot to say that after a week you should go to 3-5g a day so I think you're good - doing 20g a day just makes you reach saturation quicker :)

    Ummm, 2-3 mg of caffeine is like nothing - a normal cup of coffee has 80-120mg and some pre-workouts have >300mg

    I've tryed 5 different of these powders.1 thing they all do Really Well>> is Make u Shitttt ur life out.alll day long..at the gym I crapped 4 times in 2 hrs..hahaha

    Caffeine is the worst thing to take before workout lol it dehydrates. Energy comes from sources and not from caffeine

      @@Ahmed-jv7oc no, been taking it for a few years, i have the chewable tablets as easier for me...but before lockdown and when i was at the gym I went upto 10g a day, but but now I just do kettlebells (36kg) and burpees etc my need isn't as great.. :)

I wouldn't say I'm a newbie or a begginer but I've only been working out seriously for a year and just started 3g of creatine everyday. I use the creapure one idk if it makes any difference. But I do have decently intense workout so let's see if creatine does anything. How has your experience been over the years?

    Would be more tempted to believe in you if you yourself had a fair amount of muscle and conditioning as it would then show you are practicing what you preach. Otherwise this video does seem fairly good 👍

    I'm 58yrs old. I go to the gym fasted, well just a black coffee and my pre workout in tow. I train 3 body parts, 3 exercises for 4 reps, and I like to go heavy between 2 and 8 max reps for every exercise. I don't take long between reps half an hour per body part. So 1.5 hours lifting. Then guess what? I do 1 hour of cardio, elyptus, or jogging or stairmaster, doesn't matter. All fasted, so what's this about "nothing in the tank"???? Do you think we would have survived as a species if we just rolled over an slept every time we got hungry??? We'd just get hungrier until we died, wouldn't we? Learn to fast, learn how to use fat as your fuel source. Be the master and not a carb slave. Carbs are crap. .. 🤣🤣🤣

    When someone calls themselves an expert I switch off these days.
    I’ve done sessions on a 22 hour fast and felt like an animal.
    Eating beforehand makes me feel like a nap.

    20 g creatin per day ???? The scoop is 3 g . Wtf,your body will keep what's needed and you will pee the rest .
    Looks like my protein wants you to finish it fast so you buy a new one haha
