I think you should add an annotation to the creatine dosing. 20g every day seems excessive, maybe for the first couple of days to reach saturation quicker. Dosing that high defnitely gives some people the shits
20 grams is nuts. 5grams/day for loading phase followed by 1-2 grams after that is enough for most people. More than 2 grams and I get a lot of boating. Mind you he also said take 2mg of caffeine so IDK whether he understands units at all.

He just said that for a good workout you should consume carbs 2h before because that’s the core to your energy. Regardless, be aware of what you eat because your health also matters, not only gains. Also, no need to be obsessed and measure everything just be well and happy
taking Creatine & Beta Alanin as a pre-workout is irrelevant, timing has no effect. You just need to saturate your body with enough over a period of several weeks and then you will feel the effects.

I want to start working out !! I eat healthy mostly home made food , i don’t eat salads 🥗 but I love fruits and some veggies. But I’m not a junk food eater . Is this an ideal healthy diet. Even though I eat burgers they are home made burgers with bell peppers onions and garlic inside I always make sure not to add too much salt or butter to my dishes . Every time I research diet the Keto diet shows up and that’s what I’m referring to . I’m just a healthy home cook 👩🍳

@@Ahmed-jv7oc no, been taking it for a few years, i have the chewable tablets as easier for me...but before lockdown and when i was at the gym I went upto 10g a day, but but now I just do kettlebells (36kg) and burpees etc my need isn't as great.. :)

I train 3 body parts, 3 exercises for 4 reps, and I like to go heavy between 2 and 8 max reps for every exercise. I don't take long between reps half an hour per body part. So 1.5 hours lifting. Then guess what? I do 1 hour of cardio, elyptus, or jogging or stairmaster, doesn't matter. All fasted, so what's this about "nothing in the tank"???? Do you think we would have survived as a species if we just rolled over an slept every time we got hungry??? We'd just get hungrier until we died, wouldn't we? Learn to fast, learn how to use fat as your fuel source. Be the master and not a carb slave. Carbs are crap. .. 🤣🤣🤣
When someone calls themselves an expert I switch off these days. I’ve done sessions on a 22 hour fast and felt like an animal. Eating beforehand makes me feel like a nap.
