      Actually 2 days ago ( I know this is a old commit ) the director of the ATF said they do have a database of gun owners and guns they bought from a gun store because they found a loophole and they pay Adobe to have this feature where the database is not searchable. Its totally unconstitutional and easily searchable with a few keystrokes or a phone call . I dont know how they get serial numbers I never seen any on a 4473 . They also have millions of physical copies or original 4473s . All gun stores have to keep them and when a FFL loses their license or goes out of business the ATF comes and gets all the forms and store them at their headquarters. They have people that all they do all day is take staples or paperclips out of the forms and scan them into their " unsearchable" database.

    • @KnOnHeavensDoor
      @KnOnHeavensDoor 10 місяців тому +1

      Every 4473 I ever filed out had a place were it says long gun or handgun . I never seen serial numbers but they have their ways and know if you bought from a gun store. They just made all these rules where a individual cant sell more than one of their guns a month or they are considered a dealer that is unlicensed. Also if you buy a new gun and dont like it you cant just sell it that month or maybe a little longer or you are a unlicensed dealer . You cant see the same kind of guns , say you own 10 1911s or you got 3 ARs and you or your wife trys to sell them because you died since you have more than one of the same type of gun you have to really space out when you sale the first 1911 you can't sell another one for awhile or you are a unlicensed dealer . They ATF is literally making up rules as they go . Know one really understands these rules or have seen how the rules will be enforced but the Biden Administration and ATF fules with a iron fist unless you are a gangster or thug with a switch on your glock which makes it a machine gun but do you dare do it or you will go to federal prison for 10 years .

And your car is considered to be an extension of your home. So the same laws apply while traveling and in a vehicle. Also, gun registration is ILLEGAL in my state, and I can buy them without a background check or anything if it’s a private person to person sale not at a licensed dealer. I can literally buy one in a Mc Donalds parking lot, strap it on my belt and be completely legal here lol Other states are extremely strict though. Also, a big reason everyone owns guns is because there’s a lot of big and viscous animals around here, and if they decide to make you their lunch, you need the ability to kill them before they kill you.

    The “south” in American English is usually used to refer to the southeast quarter of the country (generally). Meaning from Texas to Florida, and usually as far north as Kentucky and Virginia. Can be a bit confusing as this leaves states like Arizona and New Mexico out despite geographically being located in the south. Colorado is a Rocky Mountain state in the American west, and definitely not considered a southern state. Hope someone finds this useful.
    BTW - the south has a lot of gun owners, but in the western states you’ll have a lot more guys like this with their own arsenals and compounds - the west has a lot more desolate / rugged land and a lot more cowboy / doomsday prepper types.

    6:05 That's exactly what happens with most school shootings if not all. People know about them and their families know and yet people don't do their jobs. They don't properly monitor them, they don't check them, and the parents often don't do what they're supposed to do and are the reason these people get access to firearms. When you actually dig into these shootings and discover the amount of human error it's just pointless to blame the gun. A lot of these people would try the same thing with a knife if that was all they had, and the people around them give them the means and the space to do so.

Someone walking into a nightclub and shooting people dead who were out to have a good time that’s also newsworthy isn’t it? I wish the news wouldn’t cover them so closely because this is just turned into a copycat situation, anybody who’s a suicidal nobody who wants to become famous can instantly do that by obtaining a gun and walking in and killing dozens before they take their own life. It is what it is, though, and it only happens here in the United States because of course we’ve got guns laying in every nook and cranny of this country because that’s what the right pushes to allow and have happened.
