honestly, the lyrics for 17 are something i've just accepted i will never know the true meaning for, but... yeah. it certainly sounds like how they experienced something together when they were 17, i'm just not sure what that something is haha it's a bit of a switch up from her past albums, but i think it's still so authentically HER. it still has that chill, you can listen to it literally whenever vibe, she just made it more true to her and how she's feeling now. i love that she keeps surprising us

So this could be a reference to that. Or even a reference to her growing body of solo work. Likely not, but chance is still there Also, i'm reminded of a q&a the girls had when they were still pretty new where they were all asked which member they would want with them if stranded on an island. All 3 others answered 'not wheein' and she agreed with them. I think byul was the one who explained the reasoning, saying the others would all get to work surviving/trying to get rescued while wheein would just plop down resignedly and accept her fate

as someone from the uk i can say 17 has a very uk house genre vibe which i dont think i've ever heard in kpop, just shows how many different styles she can pull off

I do have faves (Spark, Bite Me, Dance 4 You) while after reading the lyrics while watching with you, i kinda realise that my faves are all rather s3xy songs, could be interepreted in romantic & s3nsual ways. Also most of the songs in this album kibda represents different moods one might experience while in a relationship, thats how i feel when listening to the songs, and now that i saw the translated lyrics, i still think so. Only the song Here I am felt like what Whee In wants to tell us moomoo

Oh wow! What an outsounding album which can be fully inclusive. Due to the lack of pronouns. To me it's all about the journey of relationships (highlighting certain stages/points). Expressed through Whee In's beautiful vocal tones, creating an air of seduction. Leaving you in a state of being utterly memersied.
