Fry Baby Nai Bak with fermented bean curd | 腐乳炒奶白菜

  • Ingredients:
    200g baby nai bak
    2 piece of fermented bean curb
    3 clove garlic
    1/2 chilies
    20g dried shrimp
    20g black fungus
    Shaoxing wine
    1 table spoon of sugar
    Steps
    1: Mince garlic
    2: Slice🌶️ chilies
    3: Clean up baby nai bak and black fungus
    4: Smash the fermented bean curb, mix a bit of the source and 2 table spoon of water
    5: Add a table spoon of sugar and Shaoxing wine
    6: Boil a pot of water, add a bit of oil and salt in the water
    7: Blanch baby nai bak in the boiled water
    8: Heat up some oil, fry garlic and dried shrimp till fragrant
    9: Add in black fungus, add in fermented bean curb
    10: After boiled, add in baby nai bak and chilies, fry till fragrant and it's done.

    奶白菜200g
    腐乳2塊
    蒜头3辨
    辣椒半条
    虾米20g
    黑木耳20g
    绍兴酒

    做法:
    1: 蒜头🧄剁碎
    2: 辣椒🌶️切丝
    3:奶白菜🥬洗净
    4: 黑木耳洗净
    5: 腐乳和腐乳水在加2湯匙水,按压搅拌均匀
    6: 加入一湯匙糖和绍兴酒搅拌均匀,腐乳己经咸了不需要加盐了
    7: 鍋里放入水煮沸腾,加入少许油和一茶匙盐,川燙菜时菜才有光泽
    8: 水沸了倒入奶白菜川烫,不要烫太熟哦,菜会黄的哦,三分钟快速捞起沥干水份备用
    9: 熱鍋油炒香蒜末和虾米炒香了,加入黑木耳一起炒,才加入调好的腐乳汁,加少許水
    10: 蓋鍋煮沸了,开蓋倒入奶白菜和辣椒丝炒均匀,勾芡就完成了
