I told earlier in a comment to your video, that I stopped eating non veg but facing difficulty in quitting milk in tea. I figured out one solution to it. I started drinking tea made of soya milk. This helped me sticking to vegan diet now 👍😊
There are so many varieties of plant-based milks that taste great. My personal favorites are oat milk, rice milk, almond milk, and soy milk, but there are others too. It's good to try out a few and find the one you like best that will help you to stick to your commitment to not help fund the horrific dairy industry. A minor change veganism is not limited to diet it's a lifestyle including as much possible aspects. Like avoid leather and wool products and use their alternatives 🙏

I was in the UK eating chicken. I was a big meat eater. While watching, a video was shown the right side as suggestion called "greatest speech ever" by a guy named Gary Yourofsky. I clicked on it and as I watched it, I threw away that piece of chicken and became vegan right at that moment. This was in 2015 and I have never looked back. Our tastebuds are not important than the life of an animal.
It really hit me when you said, "She has no say in it." Imagine being born an animal and never having a say about what happens to you. It's incredibly sad.

If we say "they SHOULD", then again we Make the Decision! So we give them the Value. So it is an Extrinsic value. I think the question should be: "Do you think Dogs/Animals HAVE Intrinsic Value?" If the Value is Intrinsic, they just Have it. I am not the best English speaker, but I think "Should have" suggests we are deciding, if they will have Value or not. So, it's Not Intrinsic.

I have a pet cat, which I rescued last year. She eats only Whiskas or Sheba products which contains chicken, tuna etc. Is there any vegan alternative for cat food too.

First of all is a crime to hit a dog or any animal irrespective of the weather it has an owner or not. Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (PCA) Act 1960, which provides that any person torturing or subjecting an animal to unnecessary pain or suffering, can be punished with a fine and/or imprisonment. The 500 rupee has value because we have assigned it a value. The same way a chicken or goat is assigned it a value as food. And cultivation of the animals is agreed upon by the society we live in. In the same way killing a dog or cat or elephant for the consumption of food is illegal as it is not a agreed upon by the society we like in.

@@namastehindustan9879 bcz every society makes norms against cannibalism. So people are not consuming meat. Similarly when every society accepts meat is not for consumption then nobody eats meat. Until then we can consume meat. One more logic you can give like consumption of human meat is a punishable offence, but not animal meat. Like I don't eat beef because it is a ban in our country but in other countries people eat beef too. Society is not about the bunch of people supporting veganism or vegetarianism. Eating meat in society is still acceptable.

People have to plan their diet in a healthful way - vegan and non-vegan alike. The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the world's largest group of dietitions and nutrition experts with over 112,000 credentialed practitioners in the US and abroad, states that an appropriately planned vegan diets is "healthful, nutritionally adequate, and may provide health benefits for the prevention and treatment of certain diseases." And that a vegan diet is "appropriate for all stages of the life cycle, including pregnancy, lactation, infancy, childhood, adolescence, older adulthood, and for athletes." We can not only survive as a vegan, but we can thrive. Eating the flesh of sentient beings isn't right and isn't needed. All that needless suffering and death is unnecessary.
