You need to remove the rubber pad when working on dirt, gravel, or sand. The rubber pad is only for working on top of paving stones after sweeping the setting sand in.
Thank you for the video! Definitely helped a lot! Mine was working great until it started to give up after 8 hours of use. Gas and oil are good👍any suggestions? Thank you!
Great video, I'm about to order this same tool and the video was very helpful. Hopefully you liked the tool after using it, let me know if it's a good tool or not I haven't ordered it yet.
It's been great I used it a ton of times since no issues here is another video I used it in and a bunch of the quikrete videos some of which are out and some that are not out yet! ua-cam.com/video/7fNDebIVVUQ/v-deo.html Good luck buddy and thanks for watching!👍
the best .YES the BEST video tutorial for us DIY'ers looking to operate this piece of equipment! Kudos to the attention to details when naming the bolt sizes and how much oil was used (0,5 Liters) THUMBS UP! Question: how many passes did it take to get it down to a strong flat level? I heard its best to have a few inches extra of dirt above your level lines, as these machines really do a good job at compressing the dirt down. and the reason you want to start high on dirt is because it is easier to "Shave" off the dirt off that's above the level string lines, vs having to compress too low below your level string lines and then having to toss more dirt on the pitch and running the machine on that one spot...your thoughts? again Gracias for the great video!
Wow! Thank you! We did 3 passes it really does compact well alot better than expected and the price of the machine was on point! I have a pool video coming out where I use it to tamp the sand on the inside of the pool to get a nice flat surface without bumps in the new liner, this machine really keeps impressing me I'm definitely glad we got it! Thank you and thank you for watching!😁👍
Brand new? Did you fill the oil and put gas not diesel in it? Is Spark plug in and spark plug wires hooked up? What did it do when you tried to start it????
I feel your pain your not the only one! I feel like that always happens to me ,that's why I try to include every detail and tips and tricks I learn along the way I know it's never perfect but at least a start! Have a great summer and thank you for watching!👍😊

What was happening? What gave up on it or did it make any noises, smoke , etc?
Did you have to add any exciter oil to operate the first time?

Vibratoons into particles create a phenomenon known in geology as liquifction. Sand etc will behave like a liquid. Just saying
I'll take your word for it!😊
one thing i hate that for some reason always happens to me is that i follow step by step as all tutorial videos and nothing goes as planned SMH 😭
