Nice gym. With 300 square feet, you can train any way and every body part. I love the passion. I'm 62 and I also have a home gym, and its the best thing. Keep up the training, because constant movement is the key to vitality
I love the fact that you were not in the prime of your youth and yet you are still so active and still put such an effort into a home gym! I’m not too far behind you, it age, so it’s encouraging! I love all of your equipment! It sure looks like you have more square footage than what you said, though. It looks like you have more room than me and I have 500 ft.². anyway, thank you for sharing your gym with us!
Nice setup. I have the same elliptical, leg press, and leg extension. This style of leg press is a great space saver with the plates under the sled rather than out to the side.
Very nice setup you’ve got there, my gym is much smaller in comparison but I love it. The best thing is you can set your timer for two minute rests and go about your workout without any obstructions👍🏻
Thanks. Yes the gym does feel like a small commercial gym. I do like having some variety. I still would like to have a lying leg curl, but I am out of space.
How the heck are you man ? I checked for more exploring videos and seen it had months. I hope all is well. I know this week's cold but paddle season is fast approaching I hope at least. Last year with it not really happening unitl May, I drove to Texas and Oklahoma to get my river kayaking fix, did some of Canadian River, Brazos, and Bosque.
They were asking $950. and I got it for $850. on market place. I was just about ready to buy a Titan leg curl for over $500. when I found this one. I love it.
Nice set up! I like it. I was wondering how much do you pay for the leg curl/extensions legend? I am 48 years young and you are a good role model. Blessings ☘️🙏🏼❤️
I got that for $850. on Market Place. I have been looking for a lying leg curl also, but no luck yet. The older I get the more dedicated to lifting I am.

Nice-didn’t realize Parabody was Body-Solid! Makes sense now
Very nice setup you have and excellent use of space, you pretty much have all you would need even in a commercial gym.

Thank you for sharing and motivating. Your gym is very aesthetic.
Thanks. I put a lot of thought into the arrangement of equipment.
Nice home gym and you are a gentleman.
I plan on doing something similar. Thanks for posting.
Looks good, I will be having a 240 square foot space in my backyard soon, getting some ideas for the space
A workout in this gym + kayak trip = a great day!
That's pretty much what my life is. I do have a full time job that gets in the way of my fun.

Fantastic set up.. not a big fan of the Smith but that apart just love it...!!!
I really don't use the smith very much, but it's nice for some variety. Thanks for commenting.
Very clean👍
Nice setup 💪🏼
Nice video. Thanks
Role model 🙏
Very nice!!!
Nice work
Wow! Very complete setup and great use of space
It took a lot of planning and moving equipment around to get everything to fit. I am still surprised at the amount of pieces I got in there.
Love you setup you got exactly what I would use in a cormercial gym. So you do not have to go to a gym. Love it
I have thought about joining a commercial gym , but really don't know what else I need.
Love your leg ext/curl combo great vid thanks for sharing
That is my favorite piece in the gym. Thanks for commenting.
Beautiful gym I’m jealous
Thanks. I have had a home gym since 1979. It has taken many years to get my gym to this level.
Hey brother I am interested in purchasing the same leg curl/extension machine! Would love to hear your thoughts on the machine in another video

I did slack off for a few months on videos. Hopefully when it warms up I can get a few more.
How much for that Red combo leg machine?? It’s sick 👊
