    This is a bizarre combination of ingredients and effort. You've got these wonderfully hand-crafted, somewhat labor intensive and precisely made french croissants stuffed with a random frozen green bean, processed hot dog and PLASTIC CHEESE on top.

      Every half decent cook keeps his kitchen this clean and the work speed or accuracy is nothing to be amazed by, really. Eventhough it's okay to good.
      But I see what you mean, industrial / professional type kitchens look amazingly clean when maintained properly and the basic precision needed to have portions of equal size is something you never have to use in everyday home-cooking.

      how are you sure they're not also home-made either in-house or from another nearby business?

    • @lujayn3
      @lujayn3 3 роки тому

      @@animagi6844 they are a bakery, most of the time this kinda stuff is brought in because it would be to costly and/or time consuming to make all these ingredients in house on top of all the other baked goods they make especially meat and cheese which have huge processing requirements to make. The cheese is packet stuff they show it in the clip , the skinless hot dogs(sausages) are almost defiantly packet stuff because they have the liquid smoke look that the packaged one do and this isnt something butchers normally do also if you look closely at them you can see the sides aren't round they have multiple flat sides this is exactly like the vacuum packed hot dog you buy from the supermarket, fresh sausages from a butcher are usually quite round (except the one side they were laying on while being displayed obviously) because they not vacuum packed together like the mass produced ones and the pickles have the typical look of out of the jar pickles from the colour down to the little wavy cut.
      it was an assumption on my part for the pickle and hot dogs but if they brought the cheese in it is a safe assumption that they brought the pickle and sausages in too and honestly I have never been to a butcher that sells hotdogs that are made in the store plus all the other stuff I already mentioned
      sorry for the big reply
