What’s crazy is they said he was too skinny for the nfl going into the draft, last year he put on like 15-20 pounds and they started saying he’ll be too slow now. Media hates and loves Lamar.

what you just witnessed in the media reaction to LJ8 is basic American Racism. Black college Quarterbacks are often converted to RB, TE or Wide receiver. If they want to play QB most of the time they go play in Canada. There are a handful of NFL organizations that will hire a Black QB and they tend to be the better organizations. LJ8 was drafted by the first black General Manager in the NFL. The Ravens are just like that. They also lead the NFL in undrafted free agents and developing defensive players.

Starting at 5:40 the two.guys to Lamars right are deshaun watson and baker mayfield BOTH starting QBs in the NFL now. Baker was chosen #1 in lamars draft class. 😮
Lamar Jackson and Patrick mahomes are both amazing but different players. Mahomes probably has a slightly better arm, and can run well, but Jackson also has a good, maybe slightly less good arm but better run game.
Mahomes has the best arm in the NFL and Lamar is an alright passer.

For many years in college Football had plenty of Mobile Quatterbacks but NFL coaches and management hated it, so some went to Canada and excelled there

The factthat the so called expert would still take Sam Darnold , lets you know that the hate is real. And it will still continue, even after he wins a Superbowl, whenever that happens to be. The goalposts will continue to move 🤔
Objectively speaking, Mahomes is probably a better quarterback, but Jackson is a very close second. I hope the Ravens get past the Chiefs this weekend.

Just to answer ur why the ass question, in America it’s a tradition to slap players on the butt as a way of saying good play. I don’t know how it started but it isn’t a gay thing it’s more of a team/brotherhood thing. Football players also have pads on their ass, thighs, and shins so it’s not really the same thing as slapping a woman’s ass to watch it jiggle. I know it looks weird to u n I always thought it was weird also. But it isn’t a gay thing. It’s almost like a pat on the back for performing well.
The NFL has always been racially Boased against Black Quarterbacks and especially mobile Quarterbacks
Lamar Jackson is incredible and his highlight reel is insane! However, you cant judge the better QB purely off highlights. Coming from a lifelong Giants fan, Mahomes is the best in the league, no question. It could change in the future but you can’t learn what Mahomes can do with his arm unless you have another lifetime to spare.

I love lamar and hes no doubt among the best, but until any of the other young qbs win a SB, mahomes has the crown for now. However I will say that lamar has a slight advantage due to his MVP award. Only him and mahomes have that so it'll be easier for him to put himself into all time great convos if he does it again. Super excited for this year! Maybe we'll see yall in the SB 💯🔥

@@Patch223 Its funny how things change. This season Lamar is making another strong MVP case and Mahomes is not looking as sharp but we will see when its all said and done.
Lamar lead the best rushing offense in nfl history, but they would rather talk about mahomes diving pass for 3 years.

I love lamar and the ravens but i will admit mahomes is better. Also lamar has had more crazy highlights, those were just from his mvp season.
I think when Andy Reid retires, and he doesn't have blue chip receivers surrounding him, we'll see how actually good Mahomes is in comparison. With or without hand talent around him, Lamar is always gonna be Lamar.

It's not hyperbole to say that Mahomes is possibly the best QB the NFL has ever seen. Lamar might be electric, and I love watching hime play, but Patrick electrocutes defences, game plans, and defensive coordinators. He is in a league all his own. Don't base your decision on a few highlights. Lamar maybe breaks ankles, but Patrick won a Super Bowl on a broken ankle (well, high ankle sprain)
