Thanks for checking out the video. I hope you find it helpful and informative. This swap is very straight forward and I feel it is easier than most people make it sound. Take your time and think it trough step by step, you can do it! This video focuses on the main areas which need to be modified to fit the differential in your machine.

There will be an extended length step by step and in depth video posted on this conversion in the next few days.
If you have any comments, feedback, tips or suggestions then please leave a comment so we can get a good conversation going.
I utilized the Hill Killer differential built by Joe Coffman and I have been using it for a few months now. I've beaten on it quite hard on 34 inch tires with absolutely no issues at all. It feels way better than the stock differential. I highly recommend this conversion.

This is the exact same bracket All Thingz UTV sells. Coffman Machine builds the brackets for All Thingz UTV.
Yes! I've been waiting to see this. Thanks Julian!
Your welcome David. Hoping this can help a lot of people.
My Man, A heck of a video right there. I commend you for your technical ones.
Thanks Randy! In all honesty, this video took A LOT more work then I had originally expected or planned on putting into it. However, I feel like it adds a lot of value to the community so time well spent!
Nice work. Looked clean all painted up and that diff basically fell into place.
Thank Lloyd. Ya, the kit is very well thought out and it all goes together well. The diff really does fall into place. It looks right at home in there. A huge improvement.
What axle are you using?
Good job man! Very detailed install 🤘👊💥
Thanks guys!! Happy to hear you thought so!
Great topic, there are a lot of grey areas on the install, this helps clear them up. Thanks!
Before I did the swap I really struggled finding any good info or pictures on this conversion. This is my gift to the SXS/UTV community. I put a ton of time into documenting this so everyone can see how easy it really is! I'll be posting a way more in depth video on the topic in the next few days. Glad you enjoyed the video!
I’d say you know what your doing for sure.
Thanks man! I’ve got my moments lol.
Nice job man, and great tutorial 🤘🏻
Thanks man!
Muy buen video
That was a really great guide, hopefully I won’t need to use it lol
Glad you found it informative! I hope you don't either but if you do... its here!! lol
Great video! It looks pretty straight forward. Did it come with detailed instructions?
Thanks Dan. Ya, it came with good clear instructions. It was very straight forward.
Sweet you'll be good to go now! Did fish put a RS1 diff in his commander or was that just a Polaris diff? I didn't last long.
Ya, I think it's pretty solid now! It's been working awesome. Fish put a Swiftrac diff in his commander from SuperATV. It's basically a Polaris differential because it is a Hilliard style diff. It is not an OEM Polaris diff. The first one failed due to bad luck, there was a manufacturing defect that SuperATV later identified. They replaced the diff with no questions asked and the replacement has been working well so far.
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd awesome, good to hear they resolved it.. and it wasn't a OEM polaris dif lol.. I felt bad for him it broke so fast.
🏆🏆🏆👍🇺🇲🙏
Thank you for sharing
What made you use the high guard oil rather than OEM?
If you watch the extended video I go into detail. To summarize, the Hilliard diff is something that’s been used by John Deere for a very long time. Many consider Hy Gard to be superior to the Polaris Demand Drive fluid. Joe Coffman the designer of this kit and the developer of the hill killer recommends it also. I have only ever run DDF in the past and it’s been fine and if I continued to run it then it would also likely be just fine. It’s one of those part gut feeling part personal preference type choices for lack of a better explanation. Ive heard some good arguments for why it’s better though. There’s some articles about it online. Realistically either will do well as long as you change it regularly.
Is the RS1 diff better than most from Polaris ?
So I need a video on how to install the winch on this setup for a turbo???
If you go to my channel I have an in depth step by step version of this install. I go over how I mounted my winch.
Here's a link to the video: ua-cam.com/video/7F0iSQuaA1s/v-deo.html
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd is it not possible to put it on the winch plate above diff?
I have a sandcraft steering box and steering rack, will diff still fit?
No idea. If it overlaps into the cutout areas it may not. You should be able to look at the pics and video and be able to tell.
It almost looks as beefy as a KRX front diff. Didn’t realize the RS1 had such a smaller diff than a RZR Turbo.
Ya this diff is huge! It's way bigger than the stock Turbo diff. The RZR works way better with this setup!!
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd good deal. I really enjoy y’all’s off-road videos!
@@TexasPatriotOffRoadAndOutdoors Thanks man! Happy to hear you enjoy the videos! Got a lot more in the works.
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd I need to make more time to ride more!!!
@@TexasPatriotOffRoadAndOutdoors I think most of us have that problem man!! Never enough hours in the day!
When was this install actually done? Did you have a diff failure after the rebuild video?
The install was done about 4 months ago. I outline that the diff has worked flawlessly in the first comment. I have not had any issues at all since installing this even running 34 inch tires. I have put over 1000 miles of mixed trail use on this setup and it works amazing. Not a single noise from the front diff since install. It engages amazing. I have pushed it quite had many times. Video uploads on the channel are chronological for the most part. The last video I posted of the Minden Offroad Park winter ride was the last time the stock diff was in the machine. If you watch that video then I explain that the front diff was in need of replacement and that I would be swapping in this RS1 diff. It's been a really busy few months for me so I'm trying to get all caught up with the content. I highly recommend this conversion.
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd unfortunately I have a TRE and cannot utilize the RS1 differential. Not sure exactly why but that is what is being said on the web sites of the companies that sell the conversion kits.
@@Indianahillclimber Ya, that sucks man. I've heard the same thing. I believe it has something to do with the transmission in your machine. I don't know specifically though. Maybe someone else can chime in and clarify the reasons.
@@AdrenalineJunkieProd I was just on the RZR forum, your right it's because of the trans gearing. Thankfully my trans has held up fine. If it does eventually go out I will just buy another OEM one. Thanks for the great content.
@@Indianahillclimber Ya, I thought it was gearing related, thanks for confirming. Happy to hear you enjoy the content man! There are quite a few good upgrades available for the stock internals of the diff you have in your machine.
Got permission from The Junkie Himself, if y'all wanna see something to motivate ya check my channel where I fabbed up and fixed the camber problem some of the XP Generals have! Or search "General XP Camber Fix"
Cool man! I checked out your video and subscribed to your channel. Always happy to help out a fellow off-roader.
