Lots of people are not aware of the factory fitment. You are doing a great job. The gaping process is way better than body filler. If you ambition is after those goofy spots do it. That work will pay off when you get to final paint.
Super wild build dude. I just went through all of these. Im currently planning a similar build up here in Detroit with a 58 Apache. Looking at a 6.0 2500 or an 8.1 2500. You did a really awesome job with the build. Super clean. Thanks for showing everything you went through
I found that everyone of these trucks I have done that depends on which plant the truck was made at that there dies where not all equal to make the panels Also back then they didn't care about perfect fit . As they were work trucks then ,not show trucks. I have 3 different jigs to just match the front of the doors profile.
Just found your videos and find it weird i started building a crew cab 65 a few months ago also with a duramax floor and frame just like yours and also am building a 33 chevy coupe if I could find you on Fb I would send some pictures
Wow 1st comment..... Your awesome keep it up. To see someone build from a picture in your mind truly talented.
Cool, thanks for the follow enjoy the video!
Love your work. The pup don't know his eyes could get damaged by the welding flash. Hes too close i think. Nice work looking good.

ESSE SILVIO ESTÁ PARECENDO O PINGUIM DO BATMAN...😮😮😮
The bad about welding is the grinding part
Yeah for sure
👊
really nice work---- are you going to put more spot welds in pinch welds ? and from rocker to inner rocker?
The interior would look great the body color you go with but the stock color on theinside will make people think this is a factory built cab.
you should take care of blake's eyes while welding
Yep
Did you say in a previous video what motor and transmission are going in it?
Duramax Allison
nice job and what chassis are you sitting on?
It's on and will be on 2003 crew cab short bed Silverado
Sharing tools ?? what's your friend working on ??
It's my dad working on his Monte Carlo I'll film some of that
@@chopshopart Cool !
I don’t think that it is a good idea to have the dog in there. He can get a welding just like you.
