    Your skills are super tight. I am thankful I watched this video. Great work my man. 🙌🙌🙌 I love that you just roll with a live objection handling session. It is so much more real.

    As a prospective buyer in my town, it is IMPOSSIBLE to find anyone selling their home without an agent. I have found one in the last 8 months and they eventually turned it over to an agent. So I’m glad I won’t have to deal with too many objections.

    That's how Jordan Belfort Teaches it. "give me one shot, and Believe me the only problem..... Fair Enough?" at the end in that reasonable man tone. Love the videos BC. I've been a full time real estate agent for 3 months now, and I've learned more from you in your videos than I have from all of the training my brokerage.

    This was one of the best videos priceless advise. You have to learn to overcome objections. But passively, furthermore if not you will never realize that given your level of participation, gas, time, Et. That you can be confident that you did everything right sometimes you just can't win. But like they started out this video, if your making 4-5 or more presentation's per week and leaving MT handed your doing something wrong.

    Casella, I've been researching people on UA-cam and I haven't found a prospector that handles the convo how you do. Deric Lipski is amazing too. And Loida, you are as well. The three of you are ninjas in my World lol!

    The last part on scripts is very true. Most of everything we enjoy is scripted just presented in a flawless, perfectly executed way. So the words are the actual "steps" in any routine but the tonality is in "how" the steps/moves are actually executed. Thanks for these videos!

    BC, I noticed you send a "pre-listing packet" to people. Our company doesn't have this. I'd like to make my own, do you have an example of one you could share to help a fellow agent out?

    • @BryanCasella
      @BryanCasella  5 років тому +2

      CMA, Testimonials, Track Record, Listing paperwork, Info about you and your company, Net Sheet. There you go.

    Im starting an IT Cloud Business and I have no clue how to get leads and create sales let alone open up international markets and have the experience to actually offer the products lol but I've got a team of me and 3 indians and we are ready to give it a go and jump in, so sales is going to be probably the biggest department right now.

    do you have these objections in writing so i can read them aloud and practice? i'm typing what you are saying but its too fast

    Maybe this is just in NC, or maybe I am slightly confusing the rule, but doesn't the REC enforce against even mentioning other firms commission rates/comparing against them, etc.?

  • @KelseyMegan2804
    @KelseyMegan2804 6 років тому +2

    Is there a way to get around the FSBO "don't want to pay a commission because they need the extra money" objection when they already have their home overpriced and you would probably have to list it for less + commission? Doesn't seem like you could use the same "I'll show you how I can net you more" handler

    • @BryanCasella
      @BryanCasella  6 років тому +3

      You're assuming a fsbo can sell for the same price we can get them, which will never happen. They have to be educated on reality, and actually be motivated.

    First objection: How do you prove that factually? ....that you can make them more money by going with you as an agent.

    So what your saying is the money always comes from the seller but what if the seller don't want to pay the buyers agent that is an option the seller has is it not.

    • @AzNwacko
      @AzNwacko 4 роки тому

      In a RE sale, it takes two agents right. A qualified buyer who works with an agent and a sellers agent. Would you work 🤔 with a buyer for free 😄

    i dont have anyone to role play with..shit...I would assume that role-playing *alone* is not as effective..its like Knowing what punches are coming at you so you know how to evade them..role-playing with someone else, you're forced to actually "bob-weave" because you don't know what's coming...anyone wanna call me to role-play!!? lol
