  • Are you ready to become a master of time manipulation? The Secret to How I get 21 Days a week! - with Ed Mylett
Today I'm going to teach you exactly how to take control of your TIME - the 1 thing we all wish we had more of!
Elite achievers desire the same things as you. They have the same big dreams. They read the same books. They have the same busy schedule as the mediocre, but SOMEHOW they are able to achieve FASTER... as if time stood still for them as it passed you by.
Elite achievers get more done before noon every day than the average person gets done in an entire day! They get more done in one day than the average person gets done in a week? So , HOW DO I THIS?
I have the same 24 hours in a day as you right? The person who is able to implement the skills I reveal in this episode will conquer time. They will WIN each day, each week, each month, each year OVER A LIFETIME!
I'm going to teach you how to BEND time and TRIPLE your productivity EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! I asked you earlier if we all have the same 24 hours in a day to work with. You probably said YES... but that would be WRONG! Time is a fallacy. And the secret to my 21 day WEEK is revealed in this episode!
THIS ONE PARADIGM SHIFT, I will teach you, (if u actually implement)WILL COMPLETELY ALTER THE DIRECTION OF THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!!
You will gain more happiness, better relationships, stronger faith, higher business productivity , increased health, stronger finances, and more FREEDOM! Mastering time will drastically improve the quality of every area of your life.
Whether you are young or old, you MUST become a master of YOUR TIME if you want to achieve beyond your wildest dreams.
Take control of your time! Don't let it control you. #MAXOUT

    2 VERY IMPORTANT KEY NOTES
    1. You now have 3 days in one day.
    Day 1 = 6am - 12pm
    Day 2 = 12pm - 6pm
    Day 3 = 6pm - 12am
Your day is every 6 hours now. Because you tent to do more when you have less time and take will increase your productively immensely. And this will get you light years from your competition.
    2. Track your time every hour.
When each hour goes by, you want to ask yourself this simple questions:
    - I'm a progressing though my goals?
    - Am I moving closer to my outcome?
    - Have I gotten closer to my to do list today?
    - What adjustments do I need to make?

Loved every minute of this, it relates massively. Currently I'm staying in a hotel for 2 weeks, purely to go deeper on controlling my time. I do this a couple of times per year, because nothing gets in my way. I have a gym here, food is taken care of, all I need to do is focus on my craft and move my business forward. Each time I do this, my business, fitness and life goes to the next level. It's power, but most people won't do it because they say they 'haven't got the time'.

The bad news is: time flies. The good news is: you're the pilot. Either run the day or the day runs you. Time is wealth, and unlike money when it is gone, you cannot replace it. Controlled time is our true wealth. Thank you so much for the helpful tips Ed! Some of you might have seen me already. but anytime I write a comment, I always tell my story with it so people know why I am saying what I am saying :) - also to keep inspiring other people because for me, reading other people's success journey is so motivating. :) We own a cookie shop business in our college town. When we first started it, we were living in our car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. We just graduated college as well. We started a cookie shop out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night. We were living in our car in the parking lot of the shop at the time with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And how we have our first storefront location (a second launching soon!) We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams.

Thank you very much sir. Personally, I believe that the greatest cause of procrastination is the 24 hours mentality. But once you break it down to 6 hours, obviously, there is nothing to postpone. Everything will be very clear and your perception of things will change forever. So powerful and be blessed for touching our lives.

Hey, Ed! I love the length of the videos because it's perfect for before I start kicking ass professionally. I like to listen to something motivational after my spiritual and personal time, and it fits in amazing with my daily routine (day 1), and even sometimes to get going at the start of the afternoon (day 2). I want to thank you from my heart, because my whole life people have told me..."Slow down. Why are you in such a hurry? What's the matter with you, are you nervous? Do you have mental problems? Why do you talk so fast? Not everyone can think as fast as you- slow down!" As I write this I have tears in my eyes at the feeling of having confidence and energy and esteem just deflated by others, until I learned to be strong and accept myself and love myself. I've learned to use my energy as a bonus and when and how and who to share it with. So when I hear you ADVISE people to hurry up and get groovin, that high peak performers have that attribute and people may take note.... WOW! THANK YOU!!!! Also, the mini-days.... I have done this my whole life and have always loved the siesta culture because of this. My constant is... "It's like having 2 or 3 days instead of 1!" I am very grateful for you, Sir, and I pray for you and your work daily. Love and Light, Josett Gordon

This video is 🔥 ! My 13 year old is living what you detailed about being different, doing the right thing, including friends and working hard when your young! He’s been pushed out by his friend group because of these things and struggles to understand why. I’ve sent this video to him because I think hearing this message from someone else, and a high performer and genuine human being like you Ed will hopefully resonate! Thank you for sharing this message with us. 💪🏻❤️🔥
This also has reset my thinking and validated my focus and commitment to being the best person I can be. I quit drinking 1,092 days ago to be my best person without alcohol and what a journey that has been! It is not an easy task, or at least it wasn’t for me. But it was a decision I needed to make and my life has changed enormously because of that one simple change! My story is being written, and will be shared with those that that need to hear it. I can’t wait to make that a reality and help change the world for the better! The power of one more 💪🏻
