I think this is the revolution of food TV. This was SOoooo much better than some boring cooking show. Jamie is just a natural presenter with no airs and graces and you know he would be good to work for.

I would really like to see Jamie release a recipe book that includes dishes from around the world, for e.g. the Mediterranean, North and West Africa, Caribbean etc and have the food tube guys like Omar Allibhoy and others collaborate with him. It would be great to have a no nonsense recipe book which includes relatively simple dishes from around the globe. Please make this happen, Jamie & co!

Yes, I'm at the end. The popovers I've made were in the oven and we're a bit like savoury, cheesy Yorkshire pudding. And I'm a Brit. So that's what I'd thought you were going to make. These look really delish. And yummilicious smoked salmon.

Chili are also my medicine 🙂I don't add too much salt or sugar or oils in my diet. I also love ginger tea, just slice it very thin, add hot water, I dont add honey but you can

It's not just fizzy drinks, Jamie, it's fruit juices, sugary drink additives (like Ribena etc). Kids are being allowed to consume so many sugary drinks. And it's not just kids. Water, although so many find it boring, is really good for us. I've not made popovers in ages. They're so yummy.

Coconut sugar is a very good alternative and can be substituted cup 4 cup. It has a very low glycemic index, in the 30s, and has trace minerals. Also, definitely not a popover, more like a savory herb pancake. Looks quite yummy!

Missed the live feed, but am watching now and I like this pace of vid, not the overly busy running around from here to there stuff like your programms on tv, this is more relaxing to watch, great job! I do have developed some kind of lactose intolerance because I haven't been using milk and milkproducts for a few years. What can I use as a replacement for the cottage cheese if there is any?
