I dunno. It doesnt really sound like him. I've heard Sean's lower voices before & if that is him, that's really impressive because it's much lower than he has naturally spoken. Sean can do deep Dr. Claw-esque voices, but not just talking like that normally.

Captain Cold isn't played by C. Thomas Howell, he is played by James Arnold Taylor, the guy who does the voice for Ratchet from the Ratchet and Clank games.
Many on Behind the Voice Actors (me included) thought the same, however JAT expressly denied it on Twitter (if it were him, he'd just ignore the message), so it does kinda sound more like C Thomas Howell. JAT is an insane VA though, his Magneto & Fred Flintstone are awesome & its incredible how much weight he can add to his pretty meager voice.

1: SOOO glad they replaced Jeffrey Combs for Brainiac. The guy they had doing his voice in the very first trailer just...didn't quite have it. 2. I'm a little biased towards Mr. Combs, but it's definitely one of the best performances thus far in the game from what I"m seeing already. Gives him so much presence, which is fitting considering he's the big bad. Also, super excited he's the big bad, cuz it means more screentime for Jeffrey!
Agree, Dee Bradley Baker is an *AMAZING* VA, pretty much the new Mel Blanc, however, his voice is quite soft & even with all the body/face magic he does, it's still occasionally not enough, & eventually you do just need a deeper voice unfortunately.
Fred Tatasciore is pretty much everywhere; Soldier 76 just happens to be in a popular game. Fred is pretty much on every American cartoon & game (& even some dubs for JP games & anime) in the last 10-15 years. He's just incredibly talented, one of the few "Men of 1000 voices".

I don't know who Flash is, but it's not Neal McDonough. His Flash voice wasn't put on, it was his natural voice, which this is not. However, I think this voice actor sounds more like what I'd want Barry Allen to sound like.

the reason why he gets the robo voice is the mask, they are doing it with other characters as well, so unless there is a gear piece thats takes off his mask, its a no go for the original voice :(
I'm honestly surprised they changed his intro as well. Before in the reveal trailer he was spinning a knife that went into his gauntlet, now it's him messing with a rifle round like a coin. I get that it's more like dead shot as opposed to death stroke, but it still bothers me for no reason at all

O.O And Blue Beetle is voiced by someone who usually voices a couple of MARVEL characters, so this MARVEL-to-DC switch is pretty interesting. ^_^ Cheetah is voiced by the woman who was on the Magic School Bus cartoon series AND voices Sapphire in Steven Universe AND Glori from Mighty Magiswords, so that's very cool. :) Dr. Fate is voiced by the dude who voiced Shockwave in "Transformers Prime" and Drax in the "Guardians of the Galaxy" TV series! ^^ Robin(Damian Wayne) is voiced by the guy who voiced Cyclops in the X-Men anime and Scarlet Spider in "Ultimate Spider-Man", so that's cool. :) Poison Ivy's voice actress also played the role of Poison Ivy in the Batman: Arkham games, so that alone is impressive. ^_^ And Scarecrow is being voiced by the one and only *FREEDY FREAKIN' KRUGER* from "Nightmare on Elm Street"!!!

Mentioned over & over but Fred is really one of the biggest VAs around. One of few VAs over 1000 credits, most notably as Hulk, but most every US cartoon/game (plus dubs for JP games/anime) in the last 15 years. He was Bane starting in the Arkham games, where he was Grundy too.

If you look at captain colds face it is clearly modelled after C Thomas Howell for motion capture purposes.

They Motion capture the faces to make it easier to animate. These faces came from real people, with some changes to a few things.

the reason why he gets the robo voice is the mask, they are doing it with other characters as well, so unless there is a gear piece thats takes off his mask, its a no go for the original voice :(

I'm honestly surprised they changed his intro as well. Before in the reveal trailer he was spinning a knife that went into his gauntlet, now it's him messing with a rifle round like a coin. I get that it's more like dead shot as opposed to death stroke, but it still bothers me for no reason at all

O.O And Blue Beetle is voiced by someone who usually voices a couple of MARVEL characters, so this MARVEL-to-DC switch is pretty interesting. ^_^ Cheetah is voiced by the woman who was on the Magic School Bus cartoon series AND voices Sapphire in Steven Universe AND Glori from Mighty Magiswords, so that's very cool. :) Dr. Fate is voiced by the dude who voiced Shockwave in "Transformers Prime" and Drax in the "Guardians of the Galaxy" TV series! ^^ Robin(Damian Wayne) is voiced by the guy who voiced Cyclops in the X-Men anime and Scarlet Spider in "Ultimate Spider-Man", so that's cool. :) Poison Ivy's voice actress also played the role of Poison Ivy in the Batman: Arkham games, so that alone is impressive. ^_^ And Scarecrow is being voiced by the one and only *FREEDY FREAKIN' KRUGER* from "Nightmare on Elm Street"!!!

No, he's still voicing Deadshot. They just gave him a weird intercom/speaker filter that warbles his voice a bit.

Mentioned over & over but Fred is really one of the biggest VAs around. One of few VAs over 1000 credits, most notably as Hulk, but most every US cartoon/game (plus dubs for JP games/anime) in the last 15 years. He was Bane starting in the Arkham games, where he was Grundy too.
