Never get tired of Zach’s story. His testimony is the only one that sparked my interest enough to get back to my catholic faith. He’s so relatable.

I listened to an old interview with Zachery and a Catholic priest last night and was really impressed with his frankness and was so happy to learn that he is no longer in the Satanic church.
However, was very deeply saddened when in the interview he spoke about "finding the blessed Mary" and Jesus which somehow converted him from hell to heaven.
When in the interview he shared his experience of having a woman come into the shop where he was working and handing him a coin of some sort.... which "transported him out of the shop" to where he and this woman were alone and he saw the blessed Mary.... ?!? My mind was reeling at that point!
I have had many, many dear Catholic friends over the years.... still HAVE many as a person in my upper 50's!
I have had conversations with these friends from 4th grade onward, a couple of very close friends who they and I were able to ask questions of each other's beliefs freely... without offense.
There is ONE question I have asked these friends and I get the same exact answer from them ALL!
The question is this: Are you "encouraged" to read your Bible by your Catholic priests?
The last three of these adult friends that I asked this question just 2 years ago, all 3 in their mid-60's who no longer attend the Catholic church,... said "No, because we were taught that it is up to the priest to interpret the scriptures."
Catholics do not or are not encouraged to read the Bible for themselves to see if they understand the scriptures the same way as their priest. What they are then doing, without realizing it of course... is NOT following God but following an earthly, fallible man. They are putting their faith in what that man... or the pope, who is ALSO still a sinful human being, believes.
The Bible wasn't written to theologians or priests.... it was written to SHEPHERDS .... like us!
My question based on that answer, which I have NEVER once been given a yes to, is "What if that priest mis-understands areas of scripture?" I mean... he is a human, prone to fail just as we all are!
If the priest is wrong on his understanding... yet nobody is encouraged to read their Bible to hold him accountable, then he leads his flock astray!
So, is this important? ------------- Well, YES because our eternal soul is at stake, so I would say this is the very most important thing in our entire LIFE!!
      __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
I feel that most Catholics believe the same thing that Baptists, Bereans, and others who consider themselves Christ followers believe, and a great example of this is:
Do you believe that God knows EVERYTHING? Of course, we all do and scripture bears this out when we realize it tells us that "...He knows all things and all things were created by Him."
Most, Catholic or not... simply do not take this for what it really means....... in which we realize that IF God knows everything, then He foreknew of every single person who would ever exist even before He created Adam!!
Again, scripture bears this out! "... He knew us BEFORE we were formed in the womb..."! --- Catholics KNOW that scripture!
Not only that, but God also foreknew of every single sin each one of us would EVER commit in our lifetime, BEFORE He created Adam and Eve.... remember, God knows EVERYTHING!!!
Scripture tells us that He knew our thoughts even before we had substance. (I've had some clients in our crisis pregnancy center "freak out" when they hear for the first time that God knows what we are thinking"!! LOL)-- But that is important, because we have sinful thoughts all the time, and if these were not foreknown by God, then they would not have been put on the cross for us, correct?
When God does something, it is a PERFECT and COMPLETE act, right? -----So, when God the Father put the sins of the whole world on the cross, He was able to put EVERY sin that had ever come into the world... beginning with the first sin in the Garden of Eden, and every sin that had been sinned by humans, up until the day of the cross. THEN, God was able to reach out into OUR future and take hold of every single sin that He knew would EVER COME into the world... and put them ALL on the cross.
The only thing that sends a person to hell for eternity, is unforgiven sin.
But God had a perfect plan all along, so that Jesus only had to die ONCE for all... because there was NO SIN ... past, present, or future... left off of the cross by which He had to die for!!
--- Hebrews chapter 10 describes this in full, and when Jesus had paid in full for ALL sin, He sat at the right hand of the Father. (It was FINISHED)!
Many people who state that they believe in Jesus, Catholic or not, do not understand what Jesus actually did for THEM! They somehow believe that after they believe in Jesus, that any sin they commit following that moment in their lives.... that THEY have to "do something" for that future sin. Yet do not stop to think that if FUTURE sins were not included on the cross, then WE... who were born future to the cross would be absolutely doomed!
      ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Dear Catholic friends.... there is not a single sin that has ever been sinned by a human, nor will ever be sinned by any human.... that was NOT on the cross nearly 2,000 years AGO. And Jesus, who was God "in the flesh", came down and lived among His own creation, then willingly gave His own life to take the punishment WE ALL (every human who did or will exist) ... deserved for our sin, onto Himself. He paid IN FULL for each individual person's entire lifetime of sins, so that we each can live with Him forever in heaven.... IF WE CHOOSE to place our faith in what He did for us.
We hear this word "repent" all the time, but most don't realize this simply means "A change of mind."! When we touch a glowing coal in the fire the first time... we have a change of mindset, or we repent of ever doing that again! Nobody ever again has to explain to us that these pretty, glowing coals are HOT, correct?
When we come to realize Who Jesus IS and what He did for US as an individual... that we did nothing to deserve. That He took the punishment we deserved onto Himself out of His love for us and are thankful for what He did... at that point, if we truly believe... nobody will ever be able to change our mind about Jesus ever again! We have repented.
I know people from all "religions"... a word I dislike because it can mean anything today, who have the head knowledge about Jesus but yet still somehow believe that THEY "have to do something" beyond what Jesus did for them.... whether this is: attend church, pray every day, give to the poor, do good to others, take communion, be baptized, read their Bible, etc., IN ADDITION to what Jesus did for them in order to make it to heaven. Yet if this is what they BELIEVE, then in reality they are putting their faith in themselves and essentially saying that what Jesus did for them was not enough!
Those persons who believe this, have not put their faith in what Jesus did for them.... and they are NOT saved! They have head knowledge, but it hasn't gone to their heart. God reads the heart.
Scripture tells us quite emphatically that "Nobody comes to the Father except through ME"... Jesus's own words! Thou shalt put NO OTHER gods before Me.... or in other words, you should NEVER pray to anyone, EVER.... except God the Father OR Jesus Christ! There is not a single place in scripture that exalts Mary, or Paul, or Peter or any other disciple. Praying to Mary is putting a "sinful human" in place of God.
Hence, when Zachery King was telling of his conversion... which included Mary the blessed mother.... my first thought was "Out of the frying pan and into the fire"! If Zachery has put any part of his faith in Mary, then he is still headed for hell and doesn't realize it.... which Satan loves!-- Heartbreaking!
My advice, even if you believe in nothing above that I have shared, is to go do research on two different things on your own:
      1. Your current pope is, if I understand correctly, the first ever, Jesuit pope?------------ Go look up and read "The extreme oath of the Jesuits", and see if YOU agree with what your pope has sworn to.
      2. Go look up the infrared telescope that the Vatican erected on Mt. Graham here in the United States which they named "The Lucifer" telescope! Their words, not mine! Ask yourself, what in the heck is going on, and why on earth would any God fearing establishment, name anything purposely on Lucifer/Satan? Do they worship Satan or something? That oath... sounds like it!
